📚 RUSH TO TAWHEED! | Chapter 1 | Al-Kufr Bi-Taghut
One of the most important roles & responsibilities as parents, older brothers & sisters, or even aunts and uncles — is to instill the love of Allāh and His Messenger ﷺ within the hearts of our little ones & extended family. Moreover, you can’t love that which you don’t truly understand. With that, an ambitious student has taken it upon themselves to synthesize some of our lessons, into a medium that will Inshā’Allāh, be a means of engraining the true understanding of the 1st Pillar of Islām, and to apply correctly, that which we were created for. This excellent, superb work, as part of a larger one of a kind series, is an original work of art that has taken years to complete. Illustrated beautifully and professionally, solely to ease the understanding, delight, and capture the attention of our children as they learn the wonderful lessons of Tawheed. May Allāh reward this student with Al-Firdaws, and make this weigh heavily on their scale on the Day of Judgement. With that, I am deeply honored to have talented students that specialize in such work and are willing to use it for Allāh’s sake, Inshā’Allāh.

| 5 | ❗️ANNOUNCEMENT❗️
After running the platform for some time now, Alhamdulillah — of which, by the Fadhl of Allah Alone, we’ve been able to facilitate numerous marriages — it is clear the platform has many shortcomings, which in our opinion, must be addressed prior to re-launching insha’Allah. In the next few days, the platform will be closed until those changes, updates, and fixes are made Insha’Allah.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but we will try to relaunch as soon as possible, and as soon as these fixes are made. We will make announcements as needed, as we’re able to insha’Allah.
Please keep all the admins in your Duā, and forgive us for any shortcomings we may have had towards you all.

| 6 | Don’t be deceived by a persona that is conveyed through a social media page. A person’s account can only give you an idea of their beliefs, not their practical reality or application of said beliefs. And in the era of deception we live in today, people even fake their beliefs online, so how foolish is it to allow oneself to be beguiled by a social media page!
How many sisters and brothers fall into major Fitnah from social media, and even go as far as to become obsessed with the owner of a page that is of the opposite gender, SOLELY from seeing their account and posts. They know nothing of their reality except that which the other person has chosen to display, yet they spend their days and nights daydreaming about them and trying to find a way to get their attention or send hints of interest online (as cringey as it is to put it into words, it has to be said). This is a better case scenario, of course there are others who go even further than that — may Allāh protect us and you from following the footsteps of Shaytān.
This post is meant to be a wake up call insha’Allah. Snap out of the infatuation with pixels on a screen and busy yourself in more beneficial thoughts and pursuits. We don’t encourage evil assumptions of your brothers and sisters online, but it’s important that you think realistically, as such naive and gullible behavior is a tool of Shaytān to waste your time and emotions in a futile matter. Step back and take a look at how foolish it is for you to be obsessed with, not someone, but only the idea of said someone that you have cooked up in your mind, with no verification of it being a reality or real-life contacts. Pull yourself out of the mess before you become too emotionally invested and Shaytān uses that as a leash to guide you down the path of destruction.
This behavior seems to be more common and likely with sisters, but no doubt, it seems like many brothers also have too much free time on their hands and fall prey to such delusions.
May Allāh protect all the Muslims and forgive us when we err. Take your honor and reputation seriously and don’t engage in any blameworthy or lowly behavior, online or offline. Unfollow, block, deactivate — do whatever you need to in order to protect your heart from being afflicted with the sickness of infatuation. If your presence on social media is harming you spiritually more than it’s benefiting you, make the necessary changes to how you use it.

If you like a woman for her beauty, you should also think of her character before allowing your heart be attached to her. If you find her character as you like it to be, then the basis of such a decision should be on her religiosity as the Prophet (ﷺ) said to go for the one who’s religious — unleash your heart and pursue her.”

| 15 | A good chunk of sisters — and perhaps even the majority — when you see them go from being on solid Haqq to doing a 180 turn, it’s because their husband changed his views, or because they married a man who wasn’t 100% upon the same beliefs. Despite this, you still see many (sisters & their guardians) who are willing to take chances when it comes to marrying men who are not upon the EXACT same beliefs. A woman who truly understands the value of ‘Aqeedah and her Deen would never even entertain the thought of doing such.
Women’s beliefs are highly effected by their husbands, it’s known and natural. And while that teaches us to exercise caution with who we give our women to in marriage, it isn’t an excuse on the part of the woman to accept misguidance or to blindly follow her husband.
That being said, it’s actually a sad state of affairs — how flimsy the belief of some sisters is, that as soon as their husband calls it quits for this Manhaj, they follow suit. No questions asked, blindly accepting whatever semblance of proof he musters up, without even thinking to consult someone of ‘Ilm regarding it or getting an outside party involved to guide the husband back before it’s too late. الله المستعان!
Is this where your faith starts and ends sisters? With a man?? We seek refuge in Allāh سبحانه وتعالى from this. You will be judged alone before Allāh تعالى and you alone will be asked regarding your Deen. “My husband said” won’t be an excuse on that Day, nor will he be by your side to defend you and argue on your behalf! You have to do your own research, ask your own questions, consult those with knowledge. Take initiative on your own when it comes to Deen. A woman needs to be a force that keeps her husband grounded towards the Haqq and vice versa. A man is upon the Deen of his companions, and the closest of companions to a person in life is their spouse — one has to select someone who will firmly command them towards the truth AND they have to BE that spouse for their partner.
How sad that we see sisters staunchly supporting their husbands and being pillars of support for them during trials that they face for their Deen — and then the moment he cracks under pressure and swerves off the path, so too does she! This isn’t true love, as some would characterize it — it’s blind following. How so suddenly were you upon Haqq minutes ago and coincidentally, when your husband no longer deemed it as Haqq, neither did you? Some claim it’s because they were guided, but the reality is that they simply want to avoid conflict in their marriages, so they drop whatever they fear would cause disunity between them — even if it be Deen, and what a calamity! نعوذ بالله من ذلك. The man cracks under the pressure of a trial and his wife under the pressure of her love for him. But what good is this “love” and what is it’s worth, when it causes you to lose the Love of Allāh and the only thing worth living for (the Truth)?
Reassess your intentions! Are you supporting him because he’s truly upon the Truth that was revealed by the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth, or because he’s your husband and you can’t bear the thought of separation or even the thought of conflict and disappointing him?
They say after marriage, the husband becomes the woman’s life — but that doesn’t mean she lives for him. A true Muwahhidah knows her life and her death are for Allāh alone and that no human is worth risking her status before Allāh for.
— Al-Qawāreer | 2 134 |
| 16 | Umm Kulthūm Bint Abi Bakr used to say:
I prayed to Allāh to bless me with a husband who would pour love on me in abundance and worship Allāh a lot, so Allāh blessed her with Talhah Ibn ‘Ubaydillāh (one of those who was promised Paradise). The Salaf reported from her that she said:
"If he saw me, he would rejoice when he heard my voice, he would smile when I smile and if I cried, he would cry. He would not sleep until he was reassured that I was warm in my bed. And he would not leave a prayer without praying for me in it before himself. And if I became ill, he would share my pain as though the illness was in his body, and he would not be at ease until he would make me sit next to him, and whenever he ate he would start with the morsel to my mouth and feed me with his hand.
I was his pride and honor in secret and in public."
[Siyār A’lām An-Nubulā’]
Ponder upon the Du’ā of the daughter of As-Siddīq رضي الله عنهما, when she said “I prayed to Allāh to bless me with a husband who would pour love on me in abundance and worship Allāh a lot.”
For the righteous woman, ability to fulfill her needs and please her is not enough in a husband — rather her most ardent desire is that he should be a man who fulfills the Rights of Allāh سبحانه وتعالى first and is pleasing to Him above all else. When one supplicates with the Qur’ānic supplication “O Allāh, grant us from our spouses and our offspring that which will be the coolness of our eyes”, many imagine it from Dunyā aspects. But for a believer, before the Dunyāwi aspects come to mind, the religious aspects fill his/her thoughts.
For one who strives to spend all their days seeking Allāh’s Face, a spouse can never be a source of coolness to the eyes unless they are righteous and wholly devoted to Allāh, regardless of whether s/he is the best in all other worldly aspects. So, while many young women dream about a man who will give her their whole heart, the believing woman should supplicate for a man who gave his entire heart to Allāh first, and then gives her her share of it. One who has done that will no doubt prove to be the best spouse for her in both worlds.

| 17 | Dear sisters,
Someday — perhaps even today — you will inevitably return to your Creator.
While you willingly choose to ignore His commands in your life, you will be forced to adhere to them upon your death.
When a man dies, he is shrouded in 3 cloths, but when they perform your Ghusl and shroud your body, your shroud will consist of 5 cloths instead — in order to better protect and conceal your ‘Awrah.
When Jazāzah is prayed over a man, the Imām stands in line with the head. As for you, he will stand in line with the middle of your body — to conceal and screen you from the rest of the Jamā’ah as they pray over you.
When you are lowered into your grave, your grave will be covered from the onlookers with a cloth or screen — to prevent any part of you from becoming uncovered or your figure from being seen.
Will the only day you are covered in accordance to the Commands of Allāh be the day you return to Him?
Every woman will be wearing Hijāb without choice upon her death. How noble are those who adhere to it by choice in their life! | 1 572 |
| 18 | Do you think women like this, who saw what their husbands were doing as inconveniencing the entire family, would every raise their sons and daughters to tread the same path? Do you think women who loved luxury and were materialistic would encourage their sons to divorce the Dunyā and its luxuries? Do you think women who lost their husbands to causes like these — which they couldn’t understand why their husbands held so dear to their hearts — would train their sons to avenge the death of their fathers and the honor of the Ummah? The answer is obvious. A righteous progeny that comes from an unrighteous mother is an exceptional case, and an evil progeny from a righteous mother is also an exceptional case. The role the father plays is intensely important, yet is bound by the role of the mother. In order to overcome her (if she is an obstacle), the father would have to exert triple the amount of effort to leave a mark on his children.
All of this is summarized in the quote, “The father brings the Deen to the doorstep of the home, the mother is the one who takes it inside.”
And with no comparison, my entire essay here is summarized with the utmost eloquence in the words of the Messenger of Allāh, صلى الله عليه وسلم, who was given جوامع الكلم, when he said:
تنكح المرأة لأربع: لمالها، ولحسبها، ولجمالها، ولدينها، فاظفر بذات الدين تربت يداك"
"A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty or for her piety. Select the pious, may you be blessed!" | 1 747 |
| 19 | Something most don’t notice, but it has been pointed out consistently by someone very close:
If you pay close attention, you’ll notice that there are many many Dā’ees, authors, scholars, and Muslim warriors who were world renowned and influential in their fields — even legends if you will — that have children alive today. But SubhānAllāh, not a single one of their sons turned out to be half the men their fathers were, in fact, they turned out to be deviants who often criticize the extremity of their fathers’ views, or hinted disagreement towards their ways. They bank off their fathers’ reputations and names to gain credibility in the same fields, yet they are upon opposite creeds and Manāhij from their fathers.
Some may say, “Of course, a righteous father doesn’t guarantee a righteous son, look at Nūh عليه السلام” and I agree, this is true. However, in these cases, it’s not just a matter of fate with no other factors. Rather, there is one common denominator in all these contemporary examples that has been consistently pointed out, and it serves as a big lesson for the brothers (and sisters alike).
These fathers, if you read their biographies, their own books, audios, stories that they narrated about their lives themselves, or stories narrated by others about them, you’ll notice that it’s either mentioned explicitly or inferred that there was dissonance between them and their wives in regards to the way they implemented Islām in their life and enforced it upon their family, and even disagreements in important matters of ‘Aqeedah. Aside from this fact, these men were also so dedicated to their work in the path of Allāh that they were not home much, and if they were, they dedicated enormous amounts of time to their studies, knowledge, and writing, leaving them with little time to contribute to the day to day Tarbiyyah of their children. Some of them were taken as martyrs in the path of Allāh while their children were still young, leaving them to be raised by their wives alone.
As such, they influenced the Ummah at large with their works and sacrifice in the path of Allāh for centuries to come, but sadly left little to no influence on their own children, who grew up to become the very hypocrites their fathers refuted and fought against. الا من رحم الله
Why? Because the main influence on a child’s life is the MOTHER. Her own dedication to the Deen, her own Taqwā, her Zuhd, and her sacrifice is what instills these concepts and ideas into the lives of the children and guides the good influence of the father to take root in their hearts. If she herself is an obstacle to a man’s journey in the Path of Allāh, she will hinder his progeny from following in his footsteps. This often only surfaces after the fathers death (like in the examples I’m speaking of), but often even towards the end of his life — this matter becomes apparent to him and he laments at it.
If she is evil, she cancels out any good from the father, and if she is righteous, she will double or triple the effect of any good in him and pass it on to the children ten-fold.
In the examples being referred to, some of the men’s wives had love for luxury and protested when they sought to sacrifice it all for the Ummah and live a life of Zuhd. Some of the wives would coax their children to follow Deen to save the reputation of their father, while the father wanted his children to follow it to save themselves from Jahannam. Some of the wives were not known to be particularly righteous, and hence had many complaints about the “hardline” approaches of their husbands. And the list goes on and on. | 1 672 |
