| 19 | Уважаемые работодатели!
В связи с требованием администрации Санкт-Петербурга и налогового органа я вынуждена поднять сумму официальной зарплаты филиппинки с 25 000 до 80 000, таким образом отчислений с этой суммы в бюджет будет также значительно увеличена и составит 60 000 в месяц. Таким образом ежемесячный перевод в компанию будет составлять 140 000 рублей, из которых 80 000 филиппинка получит на карту, остальное уйдет в бюджет.
Отчисления в бюджет из расчета: НДФЛ 13% + соцвзносы 30% + НДС 20% + УСН 7%.
Я понимаю, что повышение значительное, но я вынуждена сделать это, тк налоговая обещала мне доначислить и взыскать эти суммы все равно, даже если я сейчас не подниму сумму официальной зарплаты. Вызов в администрацию по данному вопросу прилагаю.
Дополнительно могу сообщить, что оплачивать указанную сумму в мою компанию можно с юрлица в качестве оплаты образовательных услуг, что даст Вам возможность вывода указанных средств.
В случае, если Вы не сможете обеспечить оплату указанных сумм, прошу сообщить мне отдельно, я могу уволить филиппинку, в этом случае больше не будет нужно платить налогов, находиться в стране она сможет свободно до окончания срока действия визы, далее должна будет покинуть РФ. После увольнения продлить визу я не смогу.
