بخصوص هالتصوير ، اسمه
Oesphageo-gastro-duodenoscopy
و نستخدمه غالبا
for diagnosis of duodenal ulcers
شلون نفرق بين الesophagus ، stomach و ال duodenum ؟
- Esophagus : it’s lumen appears smooth with no folds , until reaching a level where the lumen is too narrow , that’s where we encounter the lower esophageal sphincter .
- stomach : we notice that it’s lumen has longitudinal folds ( rugae ) as in figures 3 and 4 .
In figure 5 that’s the pyloric antrum ( most dilated part ) .
In figure 6 , it shows the pyloric sphincter which is very contracted compared to that of the esophagus .
- duodenum : we notice that there are transverse folds in the luminal surface ( plicae circularis ) .
* الصراحه ما عندي فكرة اذا مطلوبة بالعملي او لا 😅 بس خلي عندكم فكرة عنها .
