This is a posterior view of the uterus and the broad ligament .
Q: How to tell which aspect are we looking at the uterus from ?
A/ By looking at the ovarian ligament ( red arrow ) which is located posteroinferior to the uterine tube ( blue arrow ) .

In this laparoscopic view ,
The ovarian ligament ( arrowed ) lies :
- posteroinferior to the uterotubal junction .
- posterosuperior to the round ligament of the uterus .
