πŸ‘†πŸ‘†right thats it, yep no more edits, im outa characters, "not for pregnant women" maybe they could turf you out on the street after 6 hours and summons you with dpp charges later, to prove the point, to the attorney general if you refuse to give your name they will have to being you infront of a judge and if its the weekend its a problem, they will have to get permission off a inspector to hold you or if local courts were open they would have some explaining to do. they might try to come up with more serious charges to hold you longer, they get rough when you're tough, hold fast, you will get out also its an article 40 unlawful detention so they still were required to bring you infront of a judge, its a really dicey area for a cop, thats how its suppose to be, article 40 was written for these percise situtions that would arise in a politically divided republic, we kinda laugh at how stupid this is but its really reallly serious, this type of policing has been the pointy end of tyranny in every failed republic, garda we are your mindset away from abject tyranny on this island

this is only happening because the garda can run in behind dpp public order charges and have a professional fight their stupid case. this copper would get destroyed in a district court by the obviously compotent and courageous victim but if the dpp takes over, oh wow, the sneaky torturous bastards, ya gota have steel in the spine to endure the prosecution untill the circuit court where the cop just wont show up and the charges evapourate, probably just outside the pleanary application dates 3 years later the attorney general will not challenge the dpp in court (show me where its been done) so the attorney general and the dpp are doing back room deals to avoid constitutional conflict in the courts and as a result the gardai are getting away with cast iron ignorance using the public order act, and then they have an excuse to use the brutality of the prejudicial arrest and they know how to hurt, they are trained. weak gardai are humiliating the men and women of ireland while their children are being put in jeprody. get you local national elected to council so we can educate gardai as to what we require of them at the board level.
