The playboys don’t have an addiction of increasing their bodycount, they have an addiction of being around women.
And if you fulfil your true addictions daily, why do you feel attached to the outcome?
Let it come.
Let it stay.
Let it leave.
And look, detachment is simple but it isn’t EASY.
You need to start finding pleasure in the simple things of life.
And this will only happen when you STOP the easy dopamine. Porn, video games, drugs.
When you stop these, and instead start doing things like- walking in the park, having a hot drink, and reading a book?
Your body WILL FIND A WAY TO EXTRACT DOPAMINE from these acts.
And on top of that? You got YOU.
Spend more time with yourself doing things alone and you will start to become detached from everything.
Want things. Want everything. Want the entire fuvking world.
