š Chainalysis-led operation flags 7,700 accounts in child abuse probe
25 Aug 2026
Blockchain analytics firm Chainalysis said a global operation it led identified more than 7,700 suspect accounts linked to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
According to a Tuesday press release shared with Cointelegraph, Operation Lighthouse investigated 29,120 crypto addresses and digital identifiers connected to over 100 CSAM platforms, forums and distribution networks across the surface and dark web.
The operation also generated 14,300 investigative leads across 11 crypto exchanges and payment services and flagged suspects across 125 countries. Among the suspects identified were 16 registered sex offenders.
Tom McLouth, senior intelligence analyst at Chainalysis, said the suspect pool also included military personnel, law enforcement officers, medical professionals and educators, including individuals with direct access to children.

š¬š Human trafficking: Experts urge society to protect, not blame victims
18 Aug 2026
At the national launch of the Civil Society Coalition Against Transnational Organised Crime in Ghana, experts called for a victim-centred approach to addressing human trafficking.
They said victims often faced coercion, threats, psychological manipulation and physical or sexual abuse and should therefore receive protection, support and assistance to recover...
Mrs Ethel Obeng-Treve, a Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Fafanto Psych & Wellness, said the public needed to understand that coercion went beyond physical confinement.
She said perpetrators could use psychological control to prevent victims from seeking help.
They could also threaten victims or their loved ones, withhold passports, impose debts and threaten negative consequences if they contacted authorities...
She said journalists should anonymise victims and carefully consider how stories were framed, as details disclosed in reports could expose them to further harm.
Mrs Obeng-Trev also cautioned against portraying survivors as suspects, saying many had been forced or coerced into activities against their will.

New Category Adopted in Human Rights Council Resolution, "Reproductive Violence"
28 Aug 2026
The new category has been adopted, āreproductive violenceā, in relation to the rights of women and girls in humanitarian situations.
The resolution listed examples of "reproductive violence" as āforced or denial of contraception, forced pregnancy, forced abortion and forced sterilizationā.
Whilst denial of abortion was not explicitly mentioned in the resolution, abortion advocates have welcomed the new language, and are expected to increasingly argue that abortion "rights" are implied.
Read more here:
https://c-fam.org/friday_fax/dangerous-language-enters-human-rights-council/
š“ OPINION AND COMMENT:
Abortion* procedures involving the deliberate and cruel killing of unborn babies are easily classifiable as "reproductive violence".
Explanation:
Mid-to-late-term "abortion" procedures involve dismemberment, and other methods, of deliberately and cruelly killing the unborn baby (e.g directly injecting the baby with foeticide).
These procedures are incredibly barbaric.
See "The Horror of Abortion" parts 1 and 2:
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/378
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/379
And for more info about late-term abortion, see:
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/383
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/384
It is now known that within the first few weeks of gestation unborn babies develop beating hearts, together with functioning nervous systems. They start to move very early in pregnancy.
Unborn babies also rapidly develop the capacity to feel pain, and start to learn their mother's voice.
Barbaric mid-to-late term "abortions" procedures are therefore actually horrifically cruel forms of child abuse.
See, for example, "A 'foetus' is an unborn baby":
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/101
The abortion agenda is actually a highly lucrative industrial complex which has hijacked the women's rights movement with false propaganda.
See "Cosmopolitan Reporter Exposes the Propaganda":

https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/103
And see, "10 Things You Didnāt Know about the Womenās Movement and the Sexual Revolution":
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/80
And, "Is Motherhood a Burden?"
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/386
The abortion industry also has ties to the paedophilic sex-trafficking industry, and even the Nazis.
See, "Exposing the Link Between Nazi Atrocities, The Sexual Revolution, and Abortion":
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/391
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/395
And, "Sex Traffickers Love Abortion":
https://t.me/Child_Protection_Issues/394
ā How about we introduce a right for unborn children to have the same rights to care as everyone else, including to NOT be subjected to any cruel barbaric procedures āļø
Meanwhile pregnant women have a right to be fully informed about the nature of any proposed procedures terminating their pregnancy.
And this channel author is not aware of any good reason why pregnancies cannot be terminated early, if necessary, using humane procedures delivering the unborn child intact. These methods include induction of labour and surgical delivery (also known as C-Section).
This ought to be followed by the same standard of medical care given to everyone else - including palliative care if the baby is unable to survive in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Being unwanted by his or her natural parents is NEVER a good reason for deliberately and cruelly killing a childā¼ļø
There are also plenty of families who would love to adopt those children, if they are able to survive in a NICU, for example.
*The term "abortion" technically refers to the termination of pregnancy for any reason, which includes spontaneous miscarriage due to lack of viability.

Stalemate Likely after Second Straw Poll for UN Secretary General...
28 Aug 2026
No leading candidate has emerged with the necessary 9 "encourage" votes, with "ideological voting blocs [promising] a long and contested race."
Male candidates may soon be eliminated due the agenda to appoint a "feminist" woman.
Argentine Mariano Grossi has now received 6 "discourage" votes.
Child rights advocate and latecomer, Olara Otunnu of Uganda, received 5 discourage votes after his interview in the General Assembly in which he cited the famous prayer: āLord, make me an instrument of your peace, where there is hatred let me bring loveā¦ā
The leading candidate, Guyanaās Ambassador Carolyn Rodrigues, only received 8 "encourage" votes, and is likely to face a veto from the USA over her position on Israel.
Several members of the Security Council have opposing expectations of the next UN Secretary General. Europeans and progressive nations, including the two permanent members France and the United Kingdom, expect the next Secretary General to promote abortion, gender ideology, climate alarmism and censorship.
The United States expects the opposite. The Trump administration has repeatedly said they want a UN that steers clear of controversial political issues and focuses on its core mission of peace and security.

- ENGAGEMENT FARMING: These figures often use antisemitic tropes specifically to provoke outrage. This outrage drives engagement on mainstream platforms like X, where creators can also earn money through ad-revenue sharing programs. Thus, hate speech posted on Telegram can generate income on a completely different platform.
* MERCHANDISING
The merch drop has become a staple of extremist fundraising. Groups like the Goyim Defence League operate full-scale online storefronts selling apparel that signals allegiance and spreads propaganda.
- PRODUCTS:
Items include shirts with Holocaust denial slogans, swastika soaps, and flags.
- REVENUE:
Merchandise sales are a steady revenue stream, with estimates suggesting top-tier influencers net between 50,000 and 150,000 AUD annually from apparel sales. These products also serve a tactical purpose: they bring digital hate into physical public spaces.
* CROWDFUNDING VIA VICTIMHOOD NARRATIVES
Platforms like GiveSendGo have become go-to destinations for fundraisers launched by individuals exposed for antisemitic behaviour. These campaigns rely on a cancel culture narrative, framing the perpetrator as a martyr.
- CASE STUDIES:
One former student raised over 20,000 AUD after posting videos celebrating antisemitic signs. Another individual raised over 700,000 AUD after being caught yelling slurs. Donors often use coded language, such as donating 88 (a reference to Heil Hitler), to signal their ideological alignment.
THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE OF THE HATE ENTREPRENEUR
The individuals driving this industry are not necessarily the stereotypical reclusive bigots of the past. They are often savvy digital marketers and community managers who understand the attention economy.
* THE GRIFTER VS THE BELIEVER:
While many hold deep-seated ideological beliefs, the structure of the industry rewards those who can maximise engagement. The line between true believer and opportunist is often blurred; the business model incentivises the most extreme, shocking, and offensive content because that is what drives clicks, donations, and merchandise sales.
* GAMIFICATION OF HATE:
The use of crypto tokens and leaderboards for donations gamifies antisemitism. It turns bigotry into a competitive sport where financial contribution is a status symbol within the community.
THE SCALE OF THE PROBLEM
The impact of this monetised ecosystem is measurable and growing.
* HOLOCAUST DENIAL:
A UNESCO report found that nearly half (49%) of Holocaust-related public content on Telegram denies or distorts historical facts. In German-language messages, this rate rises to over 80%.
* POST-OCTOBER 7 SPIKE:
Following the attacks on October 7, 2023, the ADL reported a significant and sustained rise in antisemitism on Telegram, suggesting a new normal of hate speech that has not receded.
CONCLUSION
The challenge in combating online antisemitism has shifted from simply identifying hateful speech to dismantling the financial machinery that supports it. As long as hate remains profitableāthrough ad revenue, crypto speculation, and merchandisingāit will continue to attract bad actors who are motivated as much by profit as they are by prejudice. The industry of hate is self-sustaining, and breaking it requires targeting the money, not just the message.

THE BUSINESS OF HATE:
HOW ANTISEMITISM BECAME A PROFITABLE INDUSTRY ON TELEGRAM
For decades, antisemitism was viewed primarily as a fringe ideologyāa toxic belief system harbored by individuals on the margins of society. However, recent investigations reveal a disturbing shift: hate is no longer just an ideology; it is a highly sophisticated business model. On platforms like Telegram, which lack robust content moderation, antisemitism has been transformed into a revenue stream, complete with supply chains, marketing funnels, and diverse monetisation strategies.
HERE IS AN ANALYSIS OF THE "INDUSTRY" OF ONLINE HATE, DETAILING HOW BAD ACTORS TURN BIGOTRY INTO CASH.
THE PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE:
- WHY TELEGRAM?
Telegram has become a primary refuge for extremists expelled from mainstream social networks. Unlike Facebook or X (formerly Twitter), Telegram has historically maintained lax moderation policies and lacks a comprehensive policy prohibiting extremism. This neutral stance, often cited by CEO Pavel Durov, effectively emboldens hate mongers by removing the friction that exists on other platforms.
The platform's structure exacerbates the problem through its "Similar Channels" feature. Research indicates that users who engage with one type of extremist content, such as election disinformation or anti-government conspiracies, are algorithmically recommended channels dedicated to antisemitism and white nationalism. This creates a radicalisation pipeline where hate is served up as a natural progression of interest.
THE REVENUE STREAMS:
HOW HATE PAYS
The monetisation of antisemitism is multifaceted, leveraging legitimate financial tools to fund illegal and hateful activities.
* THE AD REVENUE SHARE PROGRAM
In early 2024, Telegram launched an advertising program allowing channel owners to earn a 50% share of the revenue generated from ads displayed in their channels. This feature was marketed as one of the most generous reward systems in the history of social media.
Investigations by Media Matters and the Counter Extremism Project found that this program directly benefits far-right and antisemitic channels. Notable figures and groups promoting Holocaust denial, white nationalism, and QAnon conspiracies have enabled ads on their channels, effectively receiving payment from Telegram for hosting hateful content. In some cases, ads promoting gambling or other dubious services have appeared alongside white supremacist propaganda.
* CRYPTOCURRENCY AND MEMECOINS
Extremists have bypassed traditional banking restrictions by creating and trading specific cryptocurrencies. These tokens serve three main purposes:
- IDEOLOGICAL SYMBOLS:
Coins like SwastiCoin use neo-Nazi iconography. While some are symbolic badges of allegiance, they are traded on decentralized exchanges, creating a market for hate.
- FUNDRAISING VEHICLES:
Tokens such as $JPROOF are launched specifically to raise funds for extremist figures while evading payment processors like PayPal or Stripe.
- GLORIFICATION OF VIOLENCE:
Perhaps most disturbingly, coins have been created to celebrate acts of violence against Jews. For example, tokens were minted following attacks on Israeli embassy staff, allowing speculators to profit from the notoriety of the perpetrator. Data suggests thousands of wallets currently hold these hate-linked cryptocurrencies.
* LIVESTREAMING AND THE HATE-FOR-HIRE ECONOMY
Influencers like Nick Fuentes and Stew Peters have built digital empires by blending shock value with conspiracy theories. When banned from mainstream sites, they migrate to alternative streaming services or their own platforms.
- DIRECT REVENUE:
It is estimated that high-profile hate influencers can earn between 200,000 and 500,000 AUD annually through livestream subscriptions and tips alone.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER
It is completely normal to be sceptical of new government powers, especially when it comes to your personal data and freedom of speech. There are legitimate debates to be had about scope creep and privacy.
However, the claim that the government is about to take control of your feed, or that you will be arrested for a joke, is not supported by the official documents. The proposal is to give you a choice to turn off algorithms and to make tech companies more responsible for the safety risks their platforms create.
Take a moment to read the official papers if you are concerned. The government is inviting public feedback, and your voice matters in shaping the final law.

Arrests for communications offences in the UK did rise sharply, with more than 12,000 individuals detained in the year leading up to 2025 for posts on social media.
However, these arrests are based on pre-existing laws like the Communications Act 2003 and the Malicious Communications Act 1988, not on the newer Online Safety Act. The gap between arrests and convictions is also huge. While arrests climbed to an average of 30 to 33 per day in 2025, convictions have declined, with only around 1,500 convictions in 2025 against those 12,000 arrests.
Most arrest referrals never proceed to a charge. UK authorities are reviewing these laws to clarify definitions and prevent their use for minor offences. Australia's proposal, meanwhile, is focused on platform responsibility rather than criminalising individuals for comments.
WHAT THE GOVERNMENT SAYS ABOUT IDENTITY CHECKS
Another major fear is that you will be forced to present government ID to use social media. Minister Wells has publicly rejected this claim.
She has stated that you will not be forced to present government ID to verify your age, and that the law requires platforms to always offer a reasonable alternative to users.
The government acknowledges that privacy advocates are concerned anonymity could be eroded, but the current framework does not mandate government-issued ID for all users. The focus remains on making platforms accountable for the risks their systems create.
IS THIS ABOUT MISOGYNY OR CENSORSHIP?
The government frames this legislation around preventing serious online harms, including misogyny, racism and attacks on young people. The Rickard review specifically recommended duties targeting these psychosocial harms.
Critics, including some faith groups and free speech advocates, argue this is a backdoor to censorship. They worry it could silence political dissent or faith voices.
Legal experts such as Professor Christine Parker of the University of Melbourne suggest the duty regulates how companies manage risks rather than creating new categories of illegal speech. The government has stated that rules made under the Digital Duty of Care would be subject to parliamentary scrutiny and would need to address compatibility with human rights, including freedom of expression.
HOW TO READ THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT TEXT
If you want to form your own view, the best move is to read the actual documents rather than relying on viral posts. The government has released an issues paper and is preparing an exposure draft of the legislation.
You can find the official consultation paper, the issues paper and related documents on the government's Digital Duty of Care page:
