I had “great negotiations” with Russia and Ukraine , I see an opportunity to end the conflict - Trump The US President also said that the last three weeks have been great, but today is the most important day because of the "mutual tariffs." Again these negotiations may take awhile, and we have no idea of terms but at least communication is occurring. Even if talks fail, for Russia this will raise morale and soldier recruitment.
