ጥጋቡ ሀይሌ ይባላል። ከገጠራማ አከባቢ ነው የተነሳው ከዚያም መቀሌ ዩኒቨርሲቲን በመቀላቀል የህግ ትምህርትን አጥንቷል። በግቢውም ውስጥ የተለያዩ እንቅስቃሴዎችን ያደርግ ነበር።
ከግቢም ከወጣ በኋላ የNGO ድርጅት ውስጥ ተቀጥሮ በመስራት ጥሩ የሚባል ህይወት መኖር እንደጀመረ እንዲሁም እስከ አመራርነት ደረጃ ደርሶም እንዳገለገለ ይናገራል። ግን ህይወት ወዴት እንደምትመራ አይታወቅምና ምቾት ያለበትን ስራውን ትቶ ፈተና ወደበዛበት የግሉ ስራ አዘነበለ።
እንደ እድል ካያቸውም ነገሮች አንደኛው የዴሊቨሪ ሰርቪስ ነበር። በዚህም መሰረት Eshi Expressን መሰረተ። አንድን ስራ ስሰራ ወይ ዘልቆ በደምብ መስራት ወይ ወደ ስራው አለመግባት ብሎ የሚያምነው ጥጋቡ Eshi Expressን አዲስ አበባ ውስጥ እንዲሁም በቅርቡ ወደ ክልል ከተማ በመውሰድ ቀልጣፋ አገልግሎትን መስጠት ችሏል።
ምንም እንኳን የህግ ምሩቅ ቢሆንም ቢዝነስ ጥሪዬ ነው ብሎ የብዙዎች ድርጅቶች ክፍተት የሆነውን ደሊቨሪ ሰርቪስ በመሙላት ችግራቸውን ፈቷል። ቢዝነስን ሲጀምር የገጠመውን ችግር ሲናገር “ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ማርኬቱን መቀላቀል ከባድ ነው። እንዴት እንደሚሰራ ካለማወቅ ጀምሮ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የተለያዩ ህግጋቶችን በመጋፈጥ መንገዱን የመጥረግ ስራ ከኛ ይጠበቅ ነበር።”
Eshi Express አሁን ላይ ከ25 በላይ ሰራተኞች ያሉት ሲሆን ከተለያዩ ድርጅቶችም ጋር ፓርትነር አድርጎ ይሰራል።
ጥጋቡ አሁን ላይ ከEshi Express በተጨማሪ የMeri Podcast ዋና አዘጋጅ በመሆን እየሰራ ይገኛል። በፖድካስታቸውም የተለያዩ እንግዶችን በመጋበዝ የቢዝነስ መንገዳቸውንና የህይወት ልምዶቻቸውን ያካፍላሉ።
ለወጣቶች በሚሰጠውም ምክር “ወጣቱም ይሁን አዲሱ ተመራቂ የራሱን መንገድ መፈለግ አለበት። ማህበረሰቡ fit ምናደርግበትን ቦታ ሊወስንልን ቢፈልግም እኛ ግን ጥሩ ነን ብለን በምናስብበት ቦታ ራሳችንን ማስቀመት አለብን።” ሲቀጥልም “እንዴት አደርገዋለው፣ የተሻለው መንገድ የቱ ነው ምናምን በሚሉ ጥያቀዎች ራሳችንን ማስጨነቅ ሳይሆን አንድን ነገር ጀምረን ማየት አለብን።” በስተመጨረሻም ማንኛውም ሰው አከባቢው በሚያበረታቱት ሰዎች መሃከል እንዲሆን ያበረታታል።
