I'm taking more time away from my phone to really go deeply within. I invite you all to do the same...especially these next 2 weeks. This is a powerful time up until the full moon. π₯
Also, research is showing kids & teenagers' brains on CT and MRI's with similar appearances to an elderly brain with dementia from being on devices too long! π€―
So our smart phones are doing damage... so guard yourself. Go outside.
My children and I have been playing more board games, puzzles, baking, going outside, swimming, singing, dancing, playing music etc! Do what lights you up!
