GALAXY RESEARCH CUTS CLARITY ACT PASSAGE ODDS TO 50%
Galaxy Research lowered its odds of the CLARITY Act passing in 2026 from 60% to 50%, while Polymarket now prices the chances at 44%.
The bill has sat on the Senate calendar since June 1 with no floor vote scheduled.
Galaxy said the downgrade reflects a shrinking legislative window, as Trump’s SAVE Act standoff, the NDAA, FISA and unresolved ethics negotiations compete for limited Senate floor time before the August recess.
