Pasta all’Ubriaco is perfect if you want to try one of Italy’s most underrated pasta techniques. Ingredients (serves 2) • 200 g pasta (author used spaghetti) • ½ bottle red wine • 2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil • 1–2 tsp chili flakes • 2–3 knobs unsalted butter • Salt (if needed) • Optional: splash of beef broth for extra depth Method 1. In a wide pan, add olive oil, garlic and chili flakes over medium heat until fragrant. 2. Pour in the red wine and bring it to a gentle simmer. 3. Add your dry pasta directly into the wine, letting it slowly soften and absorb all that flavour. 4. Keep stirring, adding a splash more wine—or beef broth if needed—until the pasta is perfectly al dente. 5. Once the wine reduces and coats every strand with that deep ruby colour, finish with cold knobs of butter. 6. Toss aggressively until glossy, silky, and creamy.

Bees use Stinging Nettle to naturally protect against Verroa... we added stinging nettles to our beehives. nettle leaves contain formic & oxalic acid. both of which are manufactured commercially and sold to beekeepers as pest management tools for varroa mites. We are returning to the remedies in our backyard and leaning into our honeybees natural instincts - hoping to holistically support their natural immune systems and naturally strengthening disease resistance!

I had my honeydew melons cross pollinate with my cucumbers one year. And I’m gonna tell you that was the best tasting crunchiest Fruit ever taste super awesome on a salad

So... our lawnmower broke. While I'm waiting to save up enough money to get it fixed, the yard still needs to be mowed... and we came up with a brilliant idea! I've had this portable fencing unit that has stakes and electric line all in one unit on a reel. I can quickly set up a temporary paddock in the yard... bring our dairy cows in to eat it and then repeat the process. Its worked so incredibly well that I'm trying to figure out why I didnt do this before. 😆 🤣 Sure... there are some cow patties, but with a quick spray of the water hose... those disappear to fertilize the yard. This is a huge win! Might do this even when the lawnmower is fixed. If you want to see the Electric Fence Reel that we use... here's the link... https://amzn.to/43XVB76
