Russia is systematically taking out the logisital centres in Kiev used to attack, kill people here. Ahead of the NATO summit in Turkey, Kiev is in near perpetual flames. Of course sad to see civilians killed, but that is ukraine's practice of housing military facilities in civilian areas, and misfiring anti-missile equipment. Do expect to see some flaming western bloggers in Kiev in fits of hysterics there, but Russia did give warning, and now Kiev is burning.

During the day, 20 cases of armed aggression were recorded, in which the enemy used 25 munitions of various types.
