AND…… Have a go at making your own bread!!! These ready made bread mixes are really good. You don’t need a bread machine - you can mix, knead and rise by hand and make a beautiful loaf for about $1.25 with this special instead of $4.50 for the bought stuff! Hi Folks, Given the current economic climate and in an effort to help everyone feed their family, I’m going to change gears with the weekly specials posts. Instead of focusing on what to buy to put into your food storage, I’m going to post what’s on special this week that will reduce the cost of making dinner. I’ll post items that are on special that could go together to make a meal - so they’ll be in groupings for you to consider when doing your weekly shop - and there may be some duplicates just because those items on special can be used across multiple meals. You may have to go to a couple of different stores to get the items but desperate times call for desperate measures. Also, my apologies if you’re trying to avoid the global stores - at this stage, I’m just trying to get food in your family’s tummies regardless of where that food comes from. It’s REALLY important that you share this information as well - people are really struggling out there so let’s do our bit to help them, too. So here goes💕💕
