01 Human Teeth
❗️Types of Teeth: Humans have four main types of teeth: incisors, canines, premolars, and molars. Each type is specialized for different functions. Incisors are used for cutting, canines for tearing, and premolars and molars for grinding and crushing.
❕Tooth Structure: A tooth consists of several layers. The outermost layer is enamel, the hardest substance in the body. Beneath the enamel is dentin, a hard tissue that supports the enamel and surrounds the pulp. The pulp contains nerves and blood vessels, providing nourishment to the tooth.
කිරි දත්වලින් පසුව වැඩෙනුයේ ස්ථිර දත්ය.( Permanent teeth)මෙම දත් ආරක්ෂා කරගත හොත් ජීවිත කාලය පුරාම පවතිනවා මෙන්ම, ඒ දත් විනාශ වුවහොත් ඒ වෙනුවට නැවත දත් නොවැඩේ.
මිනිසාට තිබෙන ස්ථිර දත් ගණන 32කි. ඒවා 16 බැගින් දත් ඇඳි 02ක් ලෙස පිහිටා ඇත. උඩු ඇන්දේ දත් උඩු හනුවටත් යටි ඇන්දේ දත් යටි හනුවටත් (අධෝ හනුවටත්) සම්බන්ධය.
මිනිසාගේ දත් වර්ග 4කි. එනම්, කෘන්තක (incisors) - 8 රදනක (canines) - 4 පුරශ්චාර්වක (pre- molars) - 8 චාර්වක (molars) -12
