Donald Trump fired one of three members of the National Labor Relations Board, Gwynne Wilcox.
The NLRB cannot issue decisions unless it has at least three members. He could decide to NOT fill this seat and it would render the NLRB powerless for his entire term.
If that happens they will not be there to preside over labor disputes between management and workers.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with Elon Musk ( Space X) and Jeff Bezos (Amazon) suing on the grounds that the NLRB is unconstitutional.
At least, if Trump keeps arresting (not necessarily deporting) people at the rate he is (1500 a day is the quota HE set), it will only take like 30 years to get them all out.
