LG Smart TVs Face Fresh Privacy Concerns A new investigation by Gamers Nexus and security researchers has raised privacy concerns over LG smart TVs, alleging they can scan nearby devices, collect viewing data and, on compromised sets, capture audio even in standby. Iran is likely to reverse-engineer a captured U.S. underwater drone, potentially giving Tehran access to valuable American military technology, Reuters reports. Iran captured a U.S. Dive-LD autonomous underwater vehicle near the Strait of Hormuz. Taliban Rejects Pakistan’s Claim Masood Azhar ā€˜Not Hiding’ in Afghanistan Taliban has rejected Pakistan’s claim that JeM chief Masood Azhar is hiding in Afghanistan. A senior Afghan Foreign Ministry official reportedly said Azhar is not in Afghanistan. Pakistan has long claimed that Azhar fled to Afghanistan in 2019 and has remained there. The Taliban reiterated that Afghan territory will not be allowed to be used against other countries. Masood Azhar remains wanted by India in connection with several major terror attacks, including the 2001 Parliament attack, 2008 Mumbai attacks, 2016 Pathankot attack and 2019 Pulwama bombing. The UN designated Azhar as a global terrorist in May 2019. Pakistan has maintained that it cannot arrest Azhar because he is no longer in Pakistan.
