🪪 Pemakaian Kad MySiswa
Semua pelajar DIWAJIBKAN MEMAKAI Kad MySiswa sepanjang peperiksaan berlangsung. Kad tersebut mestilah dipakai dan dipamerkan dengan jelas di bahagian hadapan paras dada.
⚠️ Tindakan Jika Gagal Mematuhi Peraturan
Pelajar yang gagal mematuhi peraturan boleh dikenakan tindakan seperti:
• Teguran secara lisan atau bertulis;
• Tidak dibenarkan memasuki dewan peperiksaan; atau
• Aduan kepada Jabatan Timbalan Naib Canselor (Hal Ehwal Pelajar dan Alumni) untuk tindakan selanjutnya.

[ANNOUNCEMENT: ENFORCEMENT OF STUDENT DRESS CODE AND MYSISWA CARD WEARING DURING SEMESTER II FINAL EXAMINATION, 2025/2026 SESSION]

Please be informed that the University will strictly enforce the student dress code regulations and the wearing of the MySiswa Card throughout the Semester II Final Examination, 2025/2026 Session.
In relation to this, all students are requested to pay close attention to the following regulations:
👔 Compliance with Dress Code
All students must adhere to the dress code rules as provided under Rule 28 (Student Dress), Part II, General Procedures, Universities and University Colleges (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) (Student Discipline) Rules 2024.
🪪 Wearing of MySiswa Card
All students are REQUIRED TO WEAR their MySiswa Card throughout the duration of the examination. The card must be worn and clearly displayed on the front part of the chest.
⚠️ Actions for Non-Compliance
Students who fail to comply with these regulations may face disciplinary actions such as:
• Verbal or written warning;
• Being barred from entering the examination hall; or
• A formal complaint lodged to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni) for further action.
The cooperation of all students in adhering to these established regulations is highly appreciated to ensure the smooth running of the examinations, as well as to maintain the discipline and image of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia undergraduates.

1. Prasiswazah Kanan Tempatan (Program Sarjana Muda)
* Tarikh: 3 – 5 Julai 2026

2. Pascasiswazah Kanan Tempatan & Pelajar Antarabangsa (Program Sarjana Muda, Sarjana dan Doktor Falsafah)

📌 Nota Penting Status Permohonan
* Pelajar yang BERJAYA membuat permohonan pada 1 Julai 2026 tidak perlu memohon semula.
* Sila semak status melalui UTMSMART atau Portal MyUTM. Sekiranya tiada rekod kolej kediaman dipaparkan, permohonan sebelum ini dianggap tidak berjaya dan anda WAJIB membuat permohonan semula dalam tempoh baharu yang ditetapkan.

Please be informed to all Universiti Teknologi Malaysia students that applications for the residential colleges for the 2026/2027 Session have been officially reopened.
Based on the official notice, the details regarding the application dates and guidelines are as follows:

1. Senior Local Undergraduates (Bachelor's Degree Program)
* Date: 3 – 5 July 2026
* Time: Starting from 8.00 PM on 3 July 2026
2. Senior Local Postgraduates & International Students (Bachelor's Degree, Master's, and PhD Programs)
* Date: 8 – 10 July 2026
* Time: Starting from 8.00 PM on 8 July 2026
📌 Important Notes on Application Status
* Students who SUCCESSFULLY applied on 1 July 2026 do not need to reapply.
* Please verify your application status via UTMSMART or MyUTM Portal. If no residential college record is displayed, your previous application is considered unsuccessful, and you MUST reapply during the newly stipulated period.
