Dengan segala hormatnya, perkara di atas adalah dirujuk. Berikut merupakan maklumat penting mengenai pembayaran bantuan IMAJ untuk perhatian semua:
1. Dimaklumkan bahawa Pejabat Bendahari UTM masih dalam proses mengagihkan pembayaran Bantuan Insentif Mahasiswa Anak Johor (IMAJ) kepada para penerima yang layak.
2. Sehubungan itu, terdapat sebilangan pelajar yang masih belum mengemas kini maklumat nombor akaun bank walaupun emel pemakluman telah dihantar oleh pihak berkaitan. Kegagalan mengemas kini maklumat tersebut akan menyebabkan proses agihan bantuan tidak dapat dilaksanakan.
3. Justeru, semua pelajar yang berkaitan dimohon untuk menyemak emel masing-masing dan mengambil tindakan segera bagi mengemas kini maklumat nombor akaun bank sekiranya menerima pemakluman daripada pihak universiti.
4. Bagi tujuan semakan, senarai nama penerima Bantuan Insentif Mahasiswa Anak Johor (IMAJ) telah dikongsikan melalui saluran WhatsApp “INFO ANAK JOHOR UTM” oleh Sekretariat Anak Johor Darul Ta’zim (SEJATI). Semua pelajar yang berkaitan adalah dimohon untuk membuat semakan pada saluran tersebut.

[NOTICE: UPDATE ON THE PAYMENT OF BANTUAN INSENTIF MAHASISWA ANAK JOHOR (IMAJ)]

With reference to the matter above, please be informed of the following updates regarding the IMAJ aid payment:
1. Please be informed that the UTM Bursar's Office is currently in the process of distributing the Bantuan Insentif Mahasiswa Anak Johor (IMAJ) payments to eligible recipients.
2. Accordingly, there is a number of students who have yet to update their bank account details, despite notification emails having been sent out by the relevant department. Failure to update this information will prevent the aid distribution process from being completed.
3. Therefore, all affected students are requested to check their respective emails and take immediate action to update their bank account details upon receiving notification from the university.
4. For verification purposes, the list of Bantuan Insentif Mahasiswa Anak Johor (IMAJ) recipients has been shared through the "INFO ANAK JOHOR UTM" WhatsApp channel by the Sekretariat Anak Johor Darul Ta’zim (SEJATI). All involved students are requested to check their status on that channel.

Merujuk kepada Pekeliling Pentadbiran Bil. 32/2026, seluruh warga Universiti Teknologi Malaysia diminta mengambil maklum mengenai penetapan nama singkatan rasmi bagi Pejabat Kualiti dan Transformasi Digital seperti berikut:
1. Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Universiti Bil. 10/2026 telah meluluskan penggunaan nama UTMDX sebagai nama singkatan (akronim) rasmi kepada Pejabat Kualiti dan Transformasi Digital bagi semua urusan rasmi.
2. Penggunaan akronim UTMDX ini adalah selaras dengan usaha universiti untuk menampilkan imej institusi yang lebih korporat dan komersial.
Sehubungan dengan itu, seluruh warga kampus diminta untuk menggunakan nama UTMDX bagi merujuk kepada pejabat berkenaan dalam mana-mana urusan rasmi selepas ini.

With reference to Administrative Circular No. 32/2026, all members of the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia community are requested to take note of the newly approved official acronym for the Quality and Digital Transformation Office:
1. The University Management Committee Meeting No. 10/2026 has approved the use of UTMDX as the official acronym for the Quality and Digital Transformation Office across all official matters.
2. The implementation of the acronym UTMDX aligns with the university's ongoing efforts to project a more corporate and commercial institutional image.
In accordance with this announcement, the entire campus community is advised to use the acronym UTMDX for all subsequent official communication involving the office.

Merujuk kepada Pekeliling Pentadbiran Bil. 33/2026, seluruh warga Universiti Teknologi Malaysia diminta mengambil maklum mengenai pengisytiharan Hari Cuti Peristiwa sempena Pilihan Raya Negeri Johor Ke-16 seperti berikut:
1. Kerajaan Negeri Johor telah mengisytiharkan 13 Julai 2026 (Isnin) sebagai Hari Cuti Peristiwa Negeri Johor sebagai tanda penghargaan kepada seluruh Bangsa Johor yang telah menunaikan tanggungjawab dan amanah sebagai rakyat dalam Pilihan Raya Negeri Johor Ke-16.
2. Selaras dengan Seksyen 9(1) Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951 [Akta 369] serta ketetapan Kerajaan Negeri Johor, Universiti bersetuju memberikan Cuti Peristiwa kepada seluruh warga UTM Johor Bahru dan UTM Cawangan Pagoh pada tarikh tersebut.
3. Walau bagaimanapun, semua urusan atau program yang telah dirancang lebih awal, khususnya yang melibatkan pihak luar serta Peperiksaan Akhir, akan diteruskan seperti yang telah dijadualkan. Staf yang terlibat dengan program rasmi universiti juga dikehendaki hadir bertugas dan layak mendapat cuti gantian tertakluk kepada peraturan yang berkuat kuasa.
Sehubungan itu, seluruh warga UTM diminta mengambil maklum akan pengisytiharan ini serta merancang urusan masing-masing dengan sewajarnya.

[NOTICE: DECLARATION OF SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 16TH JOHOR STATE ELECTION]

Greetings.
With reference to Administrative Circular No. 33/2026, all members of the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia community are requested to take note of the Special Holiday declared in conjunction with the 16th Johor State Election:
1. The Johor State Government has declared 13 July 2026 (Monday) as a Special State Holiday in appreciation of the people of Johor for fulfilling their civic responsibility by participating in the 16th Johor State Election.
2. In accordance with Section 9(1) of the Holidays Act 1951 [Act 369] and the decision of the Johor State Government, UTM has approved a Special Holiday for all members of the UTM Johor Bahru and UTM Pagoh Campus communities on the stated date.
3. However, all programmes or activities that have been scheduled in advance, particularly those involving external parties and Final Examinations, will proceed as planned. Staff involved in official university programmes are required to report for duty and will be eligible for replacement leave, subject to the prevailing regulations.
All members of the UTM community are advised to take note of this announcement and plan their commitments accordingly.
