The Mains Playbook Preparation is done. The endless cycles of reading, writing, and refining are behind you. There is nothing left to prove to yourself - now it is entirely about ruthless, calm execution. Carry these principles into the hall: Completion is non-negotiable: An incomplete masterpiece scores less than a finished paper. Fight for every single question. Decode before you write: Do not let hurried reading derail months of effort. Read the question, understand the exact directive, and address what is asked. Sprint from minute one: The clock is running the moment the booklet is opened. Skip the leisurely warm up and write with intent from the first sentence. Stick to the muscle memory: The exam hall is not a lab. Do not experiment with new formats, untested sequencing, or overly ambitious diagrams. Rely on what you have drilled and practised over the last three months. Make the value visible: Use precise keywords, constitutional articles, committee reports, and targeted examples. Do not make the evaluator dig for your substance. Treat curveballs objectively: If a question seems entirely alien, it is alien to everyone. Write a structured and logical response, manage the clock, and move on. Do not linger around such questions. Wipe the slate between sessions: A rough question or a challenging GS paper stays in the room where it happened. Never let GS I compromise GS II. Reset when fatigue hits: When energy dips or self doubt surfaces, take one steady breath. BREATHE. Reconnect with your core purpose. You got this. Protect your physical baseline: Stick to simple, reliable food, hydrate steadily, and prioritize sleep. Avoid adding physical distress to an already demanding week. You are far more ready than you realize. Every disciplined morning, every written answer, and every revision through fatigue have prepared you for this window. Walk in, maintain composure, execute what you know, and contest every mark until the final bell. Make the effort count. May the force be with you. Wishing you the very, very best. En.
