መቱ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የትምህርት ጥራትን፣ ተገቢነትንና የሥራ ገበያ ተኮርነትን ለማሳደግ ያለመ ውጤት ተኮር (Outcome-Based) የስርዓተ ትምህርት ክለሳና ማረጋገጫ መርሃ ግብር እያካሄደ ነው።
መርሃ ግብሩ ለሁለተኛ ዙር እየተካሄደ ሲሆን፣ በውስጥ ባለሙያዎች ተከልሰውና ተገምግመው የተዘጋጁ 17 የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች ከተለያዩ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች በተጋበዙ የውጭ ገምጋሚዎች ፕሮፌሰሮችና ዶክተሮች እየተገመገሙ ነው።
በመርሃ ግብሩ ላይ የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር፣ የትምህርትና ስልጠና ባለሥልጣን፣ ባንኮች፣ ኢንዱስትሪዎች፣ የኢሉ አባቦርና የቡኖ በደሌ ዞኖች ሴክተር መሥሪያ ቤቶች እንዲሁም ሌሎች ባለድርሻ አካላት በንቃት እየተሳተፉ ሲሆን፣ ከእነዚህ አካላት የሚሰበሰበው ሙያዊ ግብዓት ስርዓተ ትምህርቶቹን የበለጠ ጥራት ያላቸው፣ ተገቢና የሥራ ገበያን ፍላጎት የሚያሟሉ እንዲሆኑ ያግዛል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።
