📝 TASK 2: Housing is a basic necessity for everyone. Therefore, government should provide free housing for people who cannot afford to pay it. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In an era characterized by exorbitant costs of living, coupled with rigorous competition in the job market, it has become common to observe individuals who struggle with poverty. While some believe that provision of free accommodation for low-income families is the governmental responsibility, I contend that it is highly likely to render grave consequences to state budget, offering other alternative options for those groups might be a promising solution. The price of real estates is soaring in major urban areas, which puts immense pressure on underprivileged families. An ever-growing demand for housing deteriorates the situation from bad to worse. It comes as no surprise that the low-income individuals can hardly afford to own an apartment. Therefore, as an alternative option to provision of housing at no cost, the mortgage could be a sensible remedy. There are tremendous number of state banks that suggest wholesome initiatives to those who desperately need apartment. Having been presented low interest rates, this action would alleviate the financial burden on both sides. Not only do government benefit from this effort, but also ordinary people who are homeless would take advantage from this policy. Consequently, it would not hurt the economy of local government. This, in turn, encourages people to struggle, otherwise the poor might take the free house for granted. With regards the process of such an initiative, governmental entities should create the criteria for mortgage with low rate of interest. The income, the employment history, coupled with the number of people in the family, these factors have to be taken into account when one requests for housing under such a policy. It motivates plain citizens to struggle rather than excessively rely on state support. Therefore, the poor can minimize their reliance on social aid programs, instead they will seek for opportunities without simply waiting for a help. However, it is true that the disabled and single mothers, who are homeless ought to be considered as a priority. There have to be different conditions for these groups. A case in point is my home country of Uzbekistan, where those who belong to this category are given houses for free. In conclusion, I feel that there are various approaches to deal with homelessness in the country; nevertheless, free housing will harm the financial situation of the country. Only through investigating the situation of each can we consider offering an assistance for the poor the loans with low interest rates.

From an overall perspective, although France was the country, which received the most visitors in both years, its percentage hardly changed. Of particular note are Germany, China along with Turkey, which experienced tremendous growth compared to its other counterparts, though trends followed a modest rise. Of significance is the common trend, which has remained almost identical with only a few increases. France, US and Spain had been frontrunners in all years, occupying the first three top spots in the list accordingly. The former stood at 76 million in both years, while the latter two ascended to merely one million in the next year, comprising to 67 and 56 million respectively. With regards to Italy as well as UK, these destinations saw insignificant alterations, growing to merely 2% and 1% in the next years. Regarding the countries which rapidly accepted the colossal numbers of tourists were Germany, China and Turkey. 📝 TASK 2: Many people believe that it is easier to have a healthy lifestyle in the countryside. Others believe that there are health benefits of living in cities. Discuss both views and give your opinion. In an era characterized by a sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy nutrition, having illnesses have become common recently. While some contend that living in the urban centers might offer health benefits, others feel that rural areas suggest far more advantages in terms of leading a healthy lifestyle. I believe that the latter marks a significant milestone in contributing to their overall wellbeing. Despite the fact that majority feels that living in the city hardly have any benefits. However, urban centers suggest tremendous privileges to its residents. Given its modern medical facilities, hospitals and clinics that these employers recruit the professionals in their chosen careers. Unlike countryside, where the lack of health service might be the cause to consider that the cities outperform their counterparts in this regard. With much funding allocated to medical research centers, which are mainly located in the metropolitan areas, make this place an ideal spot to seek for treatment and diagnosis. This, in turn, encourages health experts, special doctors along with surgeons to apply for vacant positions that could be available. Therefore, it has gained momentum to observe highly qualified specialists to be recruited in large metropolitan places. Residing in villages, on the other hand, can be a positive development, since it stems from the stress-free way of life. Being close to nature, where there is little air pollution, low level of crime that cultivates a healthy atmosphere to rear children. As anxiety and low level of physical activity are the culprits of diseases, traffic in cities have repercussions to individuals’ wellbeing. Migration to safe environments, especially to quiet surroundings is the primary reason of preferring to live in rural areas. Not only does countryside provide safety, but also its clean air, coupled with proximity to the nature makes it an ideal destination for all individuals, irrespective of their ages. In conclusion, I believe that only through great harmony and closeness to the nature can we expect longevity and wellbeing for many years. ✍️Task1📊 Given graph illustrates the outcomes of survey conducted to identify the satisfaction of freshmen students from three courses at a university. In terms of overall perspective, Commerce had frontrunner percentages in all categories, whereas the Economics was the course that had relatively the least satisfaction mainly in three categories. Of particular note is Law, which was rated as an average compared to other two given fields of study. Of significance is Economics, which was the lowest in three criteria. Pre-course information, printed resources and other resources ranged from 55%, 59% to 62% accordingly. Tutor support and the quality of teaching, on the other hand, were rated highly. Similarly, these two aspects accounted for over 90%, almost identical percentages were observed in both Commerce and Economics. Despite the fact that respondents were not satisfied with other criteria in Commerce, the latter two aspects given were similar features. With regards to Law, it was the course that demonstrated average percentages in most assessment criteria. Teaching quality and Tutor support were rated as unsatisfactorily, numbering to 67% and 79%, thereby the other two figures surpassed their counterpart in this regard.
