The first thing to do is to ensure that you eat three meals a day. These meals should have the right amount of all the food groups, which are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, and vitamins. You should not eat any junk food, which is unhealthy for you.The next thing is to exercise daily to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This can be jogging, running, playing sports, dancing, or even walking for a minimum of 30 minutes. Exercise is essential not only for health but also for your skin and hair to look more delightful. For a healthy lifestyle, you should also get the right amount of sleep at night. The proper routine is to sleep early and wake up early, with a 7-8 hour period of rest. It is crucial to get enough sleep, but not too much or too little, as it can affect your concentration and your abilities. A healthy lifestyle helps you live longer and have a better and happier life. It is essential to living a healthy life to make the best out of it. @essayenglish

Traditions and customs in Uzbekistan. There are different kind of uzbek traditions and customs, for.ex. beshiktuyi, khatna, engagement, wedding, morning plov, hospitality, traditional clothes, makhalla, kupkari and so on. The traditions and customs of the Uzbek people have been shaped by unique position. It has been passing from generation to generation for centuries. I can say that the heart of Uzbek culture is its wonderful hospitality. The invitation to a dinner or a supper to refuse it is not accepted, every ghosts will be welcomed with great response. And shows them respect, in our country people are very friendly, it is said: "If one does not have delicious food for a guest, one should have sweet words for him". A great number of customs accompany with family life. Weddings are considered to be the most important event in one's life. Uzbeks love to gather in big groups and entertain the whole village or mahallya on family occasions.  Celebrating and parties usually consist of a large meal ending with palov. I know him because I regularly go to the shop in order to buy things when I don’t have time to go to a supermarket. He’s quite friendly and I always have a chat with him. I’ve known him now for about five years - since I’ve lived in the area in fact. That’s why I’d now call him a friend. 🔸I’d say that I see him fairly regularly. Like I said, I go to the big supermarket out of town sometimes to stock up, but you always need odd things during the week such as milk, or some snack or other. So when this happens I just have a walk down to his shop. So I’d say I see him every one or two days. 🔹I think John is pretty popular as he’s been there for years as far as I’m aware, so most of the locals around the area know him. There will always be someone in the shop having a chat with him. They like him because he’s not just the shopkeeper but he’s also very involved in activities in the community. For example, I know he helps out at the old people’s home some nights, and he runs the quizzes at the local pub. He also helps to organize the fete that is held each year in the town. 🔻The reason that I like him is that he’s great to have a chat with. For instance, a while back I was having problems with my work, and I was really feeling stressed. I didn’t really have anyone to talk to at the time as my family is abroad and a couple of my good friends were not around. I mentioned it to John and he was great. He listened and also gave me some really good advice. He didn’t need to do that so it was great that he made the time to anyway. Generally, though, he’s really welcoming when you go to his shop.
