🌝 Most people spend lots of time dekat soalan yg dorang tak tahu buat pun. Semak setiap satu make sure baca soalan baik². 🌚 Tak tahu cane pun satu soalan tu jangan tinggalkan kosong. 🌚 Jangan tengok kiri kanan. 🌝 Otak awak akan automatically rase tertekan bila awak rase awak lambat and tengok orang lain semua cepat.

Realize that each thought or image crossing your mind isn’t the emotion itself, it’s only your interpretation of it. Practice feeling how it feels. Try to locate the emotion. Think of the way you would describe the emotion to someone else. Remember don’t: *Engage in a story revolving around that emotion, and *Believe in whatever images or thoughts that arise when you experience that emotion. re confused. Did they have another daughter without telling me? I thought I was the only child in the family. I saw her kneeling, begging the doctor to bring her daughter back to life. I felt sorry for them. Even if she did that, it cannot change the fact that their daughter was dead. But in some ways, my heart hurts so bad. I cried. I felt betrayed. They did not really care about me because they have another daughter. Am I really their own daughter? Did my eyes deceive me? No, it cannot be true. They are not my parents. They did not care about me at all !         I turned around and tried to run but my injuries stopped me from doing so. I stumbled to the floor. All eyes catched on to me, including them. I heard a female voice calling my name. A familiar voice that had taken care of me since I was a child. I ignored her but she kept calling my name again and again. She approached me, hugged me and cried. She thought I was dead. She said she really missed me and apologized for her behaviour that day. Judging from the words she said, there was no mistake that she is really my mother ! I saw my father, who also looked as puzzled as me. I felt confused. My feets numb. My thoughts were all messed up. What exactly really happened? Why did she suddenly hug me instead of seeing their dead daughter? Did I just die and became a ghost? But my mother can actually see and touch me. So, it did not make any sense at all !          Instead of walking straight to us, my father went to the receptionist and told the nurse about this complicated situation. After awhile, the same doctor who told them their daughter was dead apologized. The doctor said it was a mistake and explained the whole situation to us. It was carelessness of his staff that accidentally made mistakes when making records of the patient's conditions. Their daughter was still actually alive, which is me. They once again hugged me and cried. They told me how regretted they were for abandoning me back when I was still at home. I also apologized to them due to my reckless behaviour. I admitted my stupid mistakes for running away from home. Being a rebellious child only adds fuel to the fire for my parents' problems. Only if I realized sooner how selfish I was to seek for their attention.         After a few days of recovering, I went home. Things went back to normal. There were no more fights or yelling in the middle of the night. I felt so relieved yet guilty for them. I made them worried for months but they never blamed me for it. Instead, they thanked me for making them realise that being impulsive is not the best way to settle an argument in a relationship but communication and tolerance. They learnt their lessons and changed for good. They cannot afford to lose me anymore, their one and only child. Now, I felt so blessed to live in this family. Since that day, I have become a responsible child so that I would not trouble my parents at any circumstances anymore.

that all this while, they gave me everything I wanted as long I did not cause any troubles. They were too busy making money but they lacked giving me attention that I deserve as their only child. I tried to reminisce on the good memories about our family but there was something blocking my thoughts. There was too much pain to handle. I crashed to the ground in agony. Later, I cried myself to sleep.       I never thought my parents could do such things to me. They did not even talk to me. They abandoned me. They were looking at me like I did not even exist. If I wanted to eat, I cooked for myself and went back to my room. Then, I heard they blamed each other for raising a rebellious child like me. I started to question myself with tons of questions. Am I really a rebel? Finally, I made up my mind. I wanted to run away from home. I packed all my essential belongings, preparing for my runaway. I waited until the end of the movement control order. As a teenager, I knew that running away from home was not a wise decision but I did it anyway. I locked my room, and left a note for them. Then, I fled through the window and escaped from the house just like the poem ‘What happened to Lulu?’ written by Charles Causley. At first, I was confused about my feelings when leaving the house. I only cared about my mother but when I remembered what she did to me that day, I got rid of my thoughts on turning back. If they said I am a rebellious child even though the truth is untold, then I wanted to prove that I really became a rebel because of them.        I started my journey by walking far away from home. All the roads were operating like before. I then stopped at a few shops and asked if I can get a job and a place to live. I was lucky enough because an old lady was kind enough to let me stay and work as her housekeeper. During my stay here, I realized there were a lot of posters about me. Not only that, I also went viral on social media. When the old lady heard about the news, she asked me a few questions as she said we looked identical. I  simply said the person is not me and I know nothing about it. I did not mean to lie but I did not want her to worry. But when I gave it for a second of thoughts, my parents seemed like they were worried sick about me.         Was that for real or it just an act to bring me home so that they can torture me mentally? I cannot believe it. Deep in my heart I slightly felt remorseful for making such a harsh decision but somehow, I felt like I should not feel anything. They did not love me. So, they deserve it, right? I did not know whether I should return or not. I left them without hesitation. Will they get mad if I return? Will they beat me? I guessed running away was the best option for now. After I received my salary, I moved out. I continue my journey. Inside my thoughts, there were a lot of questions lingering inside my head. Do they really deserve it? Even if they treat me like that, they are still my biological parents. My ego and pride must have hurt them. What about what they did to me? Have they realised what they did really hurt me to the core? I cried and lost inside my thoughts. I was dazed and confused. Not long after that, I heard a screeching sound as I was on the middle of the road and my sight faded to pitch black.           When I woke up, I was in a hospital. My body ached so bad. I pushed a ring button beside my bed and called for a nurse. I was hospitalised about a week. After having some check up, I was allowed to rest. I tried to recall my memory about what had happened. It was my fault crossing the road without caring about my safety. In the end, I was hit by a car. Fortunately, my injuries were not so bad as there was no sign of internal bleeding or memory loss. I get out of my bed, slowly walking out the room. Right after I stepped out the room, what I saw made me astonished. It was my parents ! They were crying, especially my mother. She asked the doctor about her daughter. Then, the doctor just shook his head and said they had tried their best to save her. I became mo

I was ready to face the day. Little did I know I was not prepared for the repressed memories flooding my mind. It was the end of movement control order. For some people, maybe it is the end of their happiness to continue spending time at home without worrying about daily routines that are supposed to be tiring. Most people would say that staying at home was fun as they had more time to spend with their family. Honestly, not all families look what they look like. I believed that there were some families that were likely to be relieved that the movement control order had already come to an end. I understand that there must be some that shortened in money, so they need to work. But for me, it was a whole brand new beginning. I know after this my life is going to be tough but I am determined about my decision. I ran away from home.       As I said earlier, not all families look what they look like. Mine was quite different. My parents both used to be very busy. Their faces are very rare to see at home. So when the movement control order began, they needed to work from home. I felt excited because it was a rare opportunity for me to spend time with them. The first week went well. We had a great time together. Unfortunately, the happiness that I thought would last began to fade away. I thought it was normal for my parents to argue with each other but my assumptions were shattered to pieces as they quarrelled frequently the next few days. It was quite heartbreaking when my parents tried to act fine with me despite the fact that actually I knew they were quarrelling all day.       Almost every night, I would hear two voices of people fighting like roaring thunder and it would end up with someone crying. I was pretty sure it was my mom's cry. I never thought that they were going to quarrel every single day. I was very frustrated because I can do nothing except keeping my mouth shut. I tried to get rid of my thoughts about my problems. Deep in my heart, I prayed that the two of them would get better each day just like the old days. Unfortunately, things are only getting worse. I saw bruises on my mother's face. I tried to ask her about it, but she only told me it was nothing. She told me that she accidentally hit herself while doing something and smiled. I forced myself to believe it even though I knew something was fishy. That day, our conversations were all in blue. I could sense that my mother was hiding something from me. I could tell that she was lying when I saw her blank eyes. I knew that the eyes did not lie even the mouth does.       One day, I heard my father scolded my mother. I gently opened my door, crept out silently and watched them from outside of my room. Then, I saw a slap on my mother's cheek. I could not hold it anymore. I clenched my fist and tried to interfere with their fighting. I knew it was a really bad idea that I made but I could not care less. I was tired of pretending and did nothing. I wanted to protect my mother. I begged him to stop hitting my mother. He gazed at me with his vacant eyes full with wrath. Eventually, I felt pain on my cheek. It was my father's slap. He said none of it was my business and stayed away from it. He said even if I cried him a river, he would not change his mind. I saw my mother's face that time. She looked so terrified and scared at the same time. I just could not believe what my father did to me. Then he continued hitting my mother, even harder. Once again, I begged him to stop. He warned me that if I dare to interfere again, he will not hesitate to lay his hand on mine too. He left me speechless as I was scared to do anything.        My mother looked me straight in the eyes. I could see her blank eyes full with sorrow and sadness. Not long after that, my father left us alone. I tried to hug my mother but she refused. She pushed me away. I tried to comfort her but it did not work. She even blamed me for my actions. She wished that I stay being an obedient child and keep quiet. Then, she left me alone without saying anything. What did I do wrong? I realized
