Navigate to Aux&Api2 settings - under various settings you'll see manual video profile input block.
You can type in desired profile, for example:
// videoCodec * use HEVC(5)
// videoCodecProfile * use HEVCProfileMain(1)
// videoCodecLevel * use HEVCMainTierLevel51(65536)
so put in manual field = 5,1,65536
