These three reports demonstrate how simple the switch can be, back into precinct based voting and eventual hand counting!
Not only have I mapped out the three options for each county in America to begin securing their elections, including how to do it with existing criteria and how to customize your remedy for immediate application - I suggest our favorite and most proven hand-counted method (The ECHO Hand-Count Method - Countwithecho.org) and I show that it's possible to use for my two suggested options for counties wanting to hand count.
Also included in these three reports is the logic, the strategy and the LAW related to why we must immediately return to casting ballots by precinct and eliminating the reliance on tabulation equipment.
I have released this for free again, but am working with groups across the country in brave counties willing to try to secure elections in a real way.
I can use all the support I can get to make sure that these clear solutions don't keep being lost in the shifting narratives and breaking headlines.
