Update on VOD Just an update: the water leak issue hasn't been resolved yet, our local technicians are on site and working on the migration options available right now.

The MLB category has been updated. Refresh your channels list. There are more game options in which the channel name updates the game on the channel automatically.

We are working to resolve a minor issue. We plan to restore service soon.

There seems to be an issue isolated to IPTV Smarters when watching VOD. You can go into the app setting then player selection and switch between “native” and “hardware/software” decoder then retry.

We are experiencing some issues but we are working to resolve them as soon as possible.

We are working on one server so some channels will be down.

If your app still isn’t working, clear the data on the app or delete the playlist and add it back. All issues have been resolved.

All issues should be fixed now. Even if you have done it before. If you can’t log in right now, clear the data and log in again. It will work.

If you are still having issues logging on, please edit the port url to “https://linkforservice.com:443”, clear the cache and then try again.

Most apps should work now. Please refresh your DNS and clear the cache on your apps.

Our DNS was updated which made it go down. It should be up soon.

We are looking for an Olympic category to add but have not been successful. The peacock category should have a channel dedicated to the Olympics.

We will be actively monitoring and making necessary changes if needed for the Super Bowl. Use the NFL category, local channels will not be altered during this time.
