As a result of today’s attack, both data centers in Kyiv where our infrastructure is located were directly hit. Based on the information currently available to us, most servers inside the data halls have survived. However, we do not yet have physical access to the facilities and therefore cannot retrieve or relocate the equipment. Our team is in continuous contact with the data center personnel and is closely monitoring the situation. As soon as access becomes possible and we receive verified information about the infrastructure's condition and next recovery steps, we will update you immediately. Update on VOD Just an update: the water leak issue hasn't been resolved yet, our local technicians are on site and working on the migration options available right now.

The MLB category has been updated. Refresh your channels list. There are more game options in which the channel name updates the game on the channel automatically.

We are working to resolve a minor issue. We plan to restore service soon.

There seems to be an issue isolated to IPTV Smarters when watching VOD. You can go into the app setting then player selection and switch between “native” and “hardware/software” decoder then retry.

We are experiencing some issues but we are working to resolve them as soon as possible.

We are working on one server so some channels will be down.

If your app still isn’t working, clear the data on the app or delete the playlist and add it back. All issues have been resolved.
