Dietary Guidelines are published every 5 years by the U.S Department of Agriculture and U.S Department of Health and Human Services. Although these guidelines are tailored for Americans only, I think we can also benefit from them because we are all the same species, after all. The advice provided by these Guidelines can help you determine the healthfulness of your diet and make necessary changes. Please translate the information for your family, friends and relatives - if you can - to help them to eat a healthy diet. “Systematic reviews of diet and health peer-reviewed research guide the decisions the experts make as they revise the Dietary Guidelines.” (Perspectives in Nutrition, Ch.2, p57)

Each of the floors has a combination of one, two, three, or four-bedroom suites. Inside each black door the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen with all the tools, dining table and other things are located. Mine is a 2-bedroom suite where I have my own room. The sink on the left is mine while the other belongs to another student who lives in the room next to me. I would rather not go too deep into privacy by sharing the pictures of the bath and bed.

This year, I will be living at CP Cincy, which I like a lot. We have a common area on the first floor where students can hang out, chat, watch TV, play games and have fun. There is a big swimming pool in the courtyard of the building. Access to the building is electronic so that there is no need to carry physical keys to get into the building.

Today, we are kicking off the first football season at UC. Our Bearcats are playing against Towson. Everyone is on white because UC team is playing on white.

Should a basketball team’s best player take all the team’s shots?
A professional basketball team has a new assistant coach. The assistant notices that one player scores on a higher percentage of her shots than other players. Based on this information, the assistant suggests to the head coach that the star player should take all the shots. That way, the assistant reasons, the team will score more points and win more games.

There are multiple such water fountains in each building at UC. You can both drink filtered water and fill in your water bottle from the fountains for free. This water fountain is in the Langsam Library.

The Fall semester has begun. There is a lot to learn, to achieve, and to share this semester. UC is full of 51 000 students. Good luck for everyone who has already started or is starting a new semester soon in any part of the world.
Yesterday, Emily and I went to a store Dubois which is licensed to sell UC stuff. We are working on a project in which we have to find ways to create designs similar to UC things but they must not violate UC's trademarks and copyright.
Emily is from Boston, Massachusetts. She is actually neighbor to Chris Evans who played the role of Captain America in Marvel movies. It was so cool knowing this fact.
