❤️‍🔥Mgso4:- 👉treatment of severe pre -eclampsia and eclampsia 👈 بيتاخد علي Ringer lactate 👈مطلوب منك تعرف ال IV dose ال Mgso4 . 👉initial dose or loadind dose دي بقا بتبقي من 4:6gm in 100ml solution بتتاخد من 15ل 20 min 👉maintenance dose (1:2 gm/hour 👈مهم تعرف ان ال Total dose بتاعتك don't exceed 24gm in 24 hrs 👈نخلي بالنا من شويه حاجات كدا لو هتدي Mgso4 ✅Rr not less than 16 c/min ✅urine output not less than 30 ml /hour or not less 100 ml /4 hour ✅DTR يبقي Normal (+2) 👈طيب لو جيت اعمل DTR وطلع معايا +3 ايوه ياخد عادي 👉side effict of Mgso4 ✅Hypotention ✅hotness ✅flasing ✅hyper thermia ✅disness 👉Toxicity ✅DTR less than +2 ✅Rr less than 12 cycle /min ✅urine out put less than 30 ml /hour 👈لو لاحظت اي reaction حصل هعمل اي !؟ ✅stop medication ✅give anti dote (calcium gluconate ) 1 gm IV 👉put mother in (left lateral position )
