የኢትዮጵያ ሰራተኞች ማህበራት ኮንፌዴሬሽን (ኢሰማኮ) ከኑሮ ውድነት ጋር ተያይዞ የስራ ግብር እንዲቀነስ ፤ የዝቅተኛ ደመወዝ ወለል የሚወስን የደመወዝ ቦርድ እንዲቋቋም እየሰራ መሆኑ ይታወቃል።
የኢሰማኮ ፕሬዝዳንት ካሳሁን ፎሎ ከኑሮ ውድነቱ አንፃር የዘገየው የሰራተኞች ዝቅተኛ የደሞዝ ወለል እና የግብር ቅነሳ ምላሽ ማግኘት እንዳለበት ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልፀዋል።
" አሁንም #በቀን_አንድ_ጊዜ ብቻ በልቶ ለመዋል የሚቸገር ሰራተኛ ነው ያለው " ያሉት አቶ ካሳሁን ሰራተኛው ካለው ገቢ አንፃር ችግሩ የሰፋ እንደሆነ አስረድተዋል።
እነዚህ ጥያቄዎች #በአዎንታዊ_መልኩ መታየት እንዳለባቸው ጠቁመዋል።
አቶ ካሳሁን " ዝቅተኛ የደሞዝ ወለል በሚመለከት ስራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር የዝቅተኛ የደሞዝ ወለል የሚወስን ቦርድ የሚቋቋምበት ደምብ ላይ ጥናት ማድረጋቸውን በቅርቡ አሳውቀውናል " ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።
የኑሮ ውድነት በጣም አሳሳቢ እየሆነ በመምጣቱ ሰራተኛው ችግር ውስጥ መግባቱን የጠቆሙት ፕሬዝዳንቱ " ትክክለኛ ግብር ከፋይ ሰራተኛው ነው። ለመንግስት ቀኝ እጁ በሚከፍለው ግብር ሰራተኛው ነው። የግብር ቅነሳው አንድ እና ሁለት የለውም ዘግይቷል " ሲሉ ጠቁመዋል።
አቶ ካሳሁን ፤ ሚያዚያ 23 ቀን በኢትዮጵያ ለ49ኛ ጊዜ በሚከበረው ዓለም አቀፉ የሠራተኞች ቀን (ሜይዴይ) አዳራሽ ውስጥ እንደሚከበር አሳውቀዋል።
" አሁንም ቢሆን ባልተመለሱልን ጉዳዮች ላይ ነው የምንወያየው። የቀኑ መሪ ቃል ' ለሰላም እና ለኑሮ ውድነት መፍትሄ እንሻለን ' የሚል ነው ብለዋል።

እስካሁን በተለመዱት የቁንጅና ዉድድሮች ሴቶች ባላቸዉ ቁንጅና ተወዳድረዉ የቁንጅና አክሊል ይሸለሙ ነበር፡፡ አሁን ግን ውድድሩ የአርቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ውጤት በሆኑ ሞዴሎች መካከል ነው ይለናል የዴይሊ ሜይል ዘገባ፡፡
"ሚስ ኤ.አይ" የተሰኘዉ የቁንጅና ውድድር በዓለም አቀፉ የኤ.አይ ፈጣሪዎች ሽልማት አዘጋጆች (The World AI Creator Awards) ተሰናድቷል፡፡ ዓላማውም በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ የኤ.አይ ፈጠራ ስራ ዉስጥ ለሚሳተፉ አካላት እውቅና ለመስጠት ብሎም ለማበረታታት ነው። ሰዉ መሳይ ሮቦት ሞዴሎችን በመስራት ላይ ያሉ አካላት ምርቶቻችዉን በማስመዝገብ በውድድሩ ላይ መሳተፍ ይችላሉ፡፡
ተወዳዳሪ ሞዴሎቹ የተለያዩ የውበት እና መሰል መለኪያዎችን ያካተተ አጠቃላይ ግምገማን እንዲያልፉ ይደረጋል። በማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ላይ ያላቸዉ ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪነትና እዉቅናም ከግምት ውስጥ የሚገባ ይሆናል።
ውድድሩ ኤሚሊ ፔሌግሪኒ እና አይታና ሎፔዝ በተባሉ በሰው ሰራሽ አስተውሎት የተሰሩ ሁለት ታዋቂ ሞዴሎችን ጨምሮ በአራት ባለሙያዎች ይዳኛል። የዉድድሩ አሸናፊዎች የሚጋሩት 20 ሺ ዶላር የገንዘብ ሽልማት ተዘጋጅቷል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የተለያዩ ጥቅማ ጥቅሞችን ከቁንጅና መለኪያ ዘዉድ ጋር አሸናፊዋ ትቀዳጃለች፡፡

12 Ethiopia's Currency Challenge: Shifting Towards a Floating Exchange Rate
Ethiopia is facing big decisions about its currency, the Birr, because of advice from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). They suggest Ethiopia should let the market decide the value of its currency, which is called a "floating exchange rate." Right now, it’s the government that sets the price of the Birr compared to the US dollar which is called “controlled exchange rate”, but this has caused problems.
The Problem with the Current System
Currently, the Ethiopian government sets the exchange rate of the Birr against the US dollar. However, this controlled rate often doesn't match what it’s really worth based on how people are trading it. Because the government often doesn't give enough dollars to meet everyone's needs, a black market for currency has flourished. Here, the Birr trades at nearly double the government’s set rate. This black market essentially operates on a floating exchange rate system because its prices fluctuate based on supply and demand. It more accurately reflects the true value of the Birr than the official rate does.
Speculative Surge in Black Market Rates
Speculatively, if the government were to adjust the official exchange rate from a significantly lower rate like 56 to a much higher one such as 120 to match the black market—which was previously at 120—the black market rate might react by surging even higher, potentially to around 200. This could be due to several reasons:
1. Expectations of Further Devaluation: Adjusting the rate to match the black market might lead people to expect further devaluation. If people think the currency will continue to drop, they might rush to exchange more Birr at even higher rates before the value declines further.
2. Panic Buying: Such a drastic change might trigger panic buying, where people hurry to convert their local currency into foreign currency out of fear of losing value. This reaction is fueled by psychological factors as much as economic ones, driving demand that pushes the black market rate even higher.
3. Inadequate Supply of Foreign Currency: Even if the official rate is adjusted, if the government can't supply enough foreign currency to meet demand, the black market will still thrive. A shortage in supply can naturally lead to higher prices.
Benefits of a Floating Exchange Rate
Letting the Birr’s value change with the market could make things better. It would help the currency adjust to changes in the world economy and could make things more stable and clear for everyone.
Building Trust
It's important that people trust the government’s changes. Because a lot of the market values are based on people’s psychology. If people feel confident about the new system, it will work better. The government needs to explain clearly how the changes will help and what they will do to keep things stable.
Looking Ahead
Moving to a floating exchange rate could be a big step for Ethiopia's economy, helping it fit better with the rest of the world. However, it’s important that the change is made carefully, with lots of input from different people and strong plans to support the economy during the change. The next steps the government takes could be very important for Ethiopia's economic future.

👉 1. ለዩኒቨርሲቲ መምህራን ክብራቸውና ደረጃቸውን የሚመጥን በቂ የደመወዝ ጭማሪ እንዲደረግ ጠንክረን እንሰራለን።
👉 2. ለሶስተኛ ድግሪ (ፒኤችዲ) ተማሪዎች በቂ የምርምር ገንዘብና ጥቅማ ጥቅም ጭማሪ ይደረጋል አይደለም ጭማሪ ሊያደርግ ጭራሽ GAT ፈተና ለመፈተን 1000 ብር መመዝገቢያ ብሎ የሚከፈለኝ ወርሃዊ ደመወዝ ወር እስከ ወር አላደረሰኝም ከሚል መምህር ገንዘብ መሰብሰብ ጀመረ።
👉 3. ከክልልና ከዞን ከተማ መስተዳድር አካላት ጋር ተነጋግረን ለዩኒቨርሲቲ መምህራን ቤት መስሪያ ቦታ እንዲሰጥ እናደርጋለን።
👉 4. ብዙ ዓመት በማስተርስ ያስተማረ መምህርና አዲስ ማስተርስ የያዘ መምህር በፍፁም ተመሳሳይ ደመወዝ መከፈል የለባቸውም፤Horizontal እና Vertical career structure ተግባራዊ እንዲሆን እናደርጋለን።
👉 5. ከአሁን በኋላ የዩኒቨርሲቲ ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣናት ሹመት በብሄርና በ recommendation ሳይሆን በእውቀት (merit-based) እንዲሆን እናደርጋለን።
👉 6. ከአሁን በኋላ ለመማር ማስተማር የሚያገለግሉ ግብአቶች በበቂ ሁኔታ በዩኒቨርሲቲዎች እንዲሟሉ ይደረጋል።
➡️የማይተገብሩትን ቃል መግባት እዳ ብቻ ሳይሆን ታማኝነትንና አመኔታን ያሳጣል።

14 ዘንድሮም የሠራተኞች ቀን በአደባባይ አይከበርም ተባለ
በየዓመቱ ሚያዚያ 23 ቀን ሠራተኞች ጥያቄዎቻቸውን እና ብሶታቸውን በአደባባይ የሚያሰሙበትና የሚያከብሩት ዓለም አቀፍ የሠራተኞች ቀን (ሜይዴይ) ለሁለተኛ ጊዜ በአደባባይ እንደማይከበር የኢትዮጵያ ሠራተኛ ማህበራት ኮንፌዴሬሽን (ኢሠማኮ) አስታወቀ።
የዘንድሮ አከባበርን በተመለከተ ኢሠማኮ ከኢንዱስትሪ ፌዴሬሽን አመራሮች ጋር ውይይት ማድረጋቸውም ታውቋል።
በዚህም በኢትዮጵያ ለ49ኛ ጊዜ በዓለም ደረጃ ደግሞ ለ135ኛ ጊዜ የፊታችን ሚያዝያ 23 ቀን 2016 የሚከበረው በዓል "የአገሪቱን አጠቃላይ ሁኔታ በማገናዘብ በአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ ስር ያሉ ከባቢዎችንም ከግምት በመክተት እንደ ባሕር ዳር፣ ኮምቦልቻና ፊንፊኔ ዙሪያ ካሉት ውጪ" በአዳራሽ ውስጥ ለማክበር ተወስኗል ተብሏል።
ባለፈው ዓመትይ 48ኛው የሠራተኞች ቀን በዓልን ኢሠማኮ በአዲስ አበባ መስቀል አደባባይ እንዲሁም በክልሎች በሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ለማክበር ቢያቅድም በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ጸጥታ ቢሮ መከልከሉ አይዘነጋም።
ዘንድሮ በአዳራሽ ይከበራል በተባለው ዝግጅት በሠራተኛው በኩል ምላሽ ለሚነሱ ጥያቄዎች የመንግሥት ተወካዮች ምላሽ እንደሚሰጡ ኮንፌዴሬሽኑ ገልጿል።
እንዲሁም የኢሠማኮ ፕሬዝዳንት ካሳሁን ፎሎ የኢሰማኮ ጠቅላይ ምክር ቤት ከጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ጋር ለመገናኘት የሚጠይቅ ደብዳቤ መጻፉንና ምላሽ እየተጠበቀ መሆኑ ተጠቁመዋል።
በአንጻሩ የኢትዮጵያ ሠራተኛ ማህበራት ኮንፌዴሬሽን አመራሮች ነሐሴ 24 ቀን 2015 ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ከጠቅላይ ሚኒስቴር ዐቢይ አሕመድ ጋር ባደረጉት ውይይት ዝቅተኛ የደመወዝ ወለል፣ የደመወዝ ግብር ቅነሳ እንዲሁም ለዓመታት የተቋረጠው የአሠሪና ሠራተኛ ጉዳይ አማካሪ ቦርድ ሥራ እንዲጀምር ተጠይቀው ነበር። | 474 | 0 | Loading... |
15 አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአፍሪካ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የሚካሄደውን አለም አቀፍ የምልክት ቋንቋ ጉባኤ ሊያስተናግድ እንደሆነ ተገለፀ
አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጉባኤውን ለማስተናገድ የተመረጠው በአፍሪካ አካል ጉዳተኞችን ማዕከል ያደረጉ በርካታ ጥናት እና ምርምሮችን ጨምሮ እንደ አህጉርም ከፈተኛ ቁጥር ያላቸው አካል ጉዳተኞችን ማስተማር በመቻሉ መሆኑ ተገልጿል።
15ኛው አለማቀፍ የምልክት ቋንቋ ጉባኤ በመጪው አመት ወርሀ ጥር የሚካሄድ ሲሆን ከመላው ዓለም የተውጣጡ ከ600 በላይ ተሳታፊዎች የሚታደሙበት እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል።
ጉባዔውን በጋራ ለማስተናገድ የሴቶችና ማህበራዊ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትሯ ኤርጎጌ ተስፋዬ (ዶ/ር) የዩኒቨርሲቲው ፕሬዝዳንት ሳሙኤል ክፍሌ (ዶ/ር) በዛሬው ዕለት የመግባብያ ስምምነት ተፈራርመዋል።
የኢትዮጵያን ስም ከፍ የሚያደርጉና የሀገራትን ትስስር ለማጠናከር የሚያስችሉ ተግባራትን ዩኒቨርሲቲው እያከናወነ መሆኑን ዶ/ር ሳሙኤል በፊርማው ስነስርአት ላይ የገለፁ ሲሆን ዶ/ር እርጎጌ በበኩላቸው አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፓን አፍሪካ ዩኒቨርስቲ እንደሆነ ዳግም ያረጋገጠበት መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።

ምዝገባው ፆታን መሠረት አድርገው የሚፈጸሙ ጥቃቶችን ለመከላከል እና ለመቀነስ ያለመ ነው የተባለ ሲሆን፣ በተለይ “ወሲባዊ ጥቃቶች ላይ ትኩረት” እንደሚያደርግ ተነግሯል።
በሴቶች እና ማኅበራዊ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር የሴቶች መብት እና ጥበቃ ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ አቶ ስለሺ ታደሰ፣ የምዝገባ ሥርዓቱን ለመጀመር 10 ሚሊዮን ብር እንደሚፈጅ ለቢቢሲ የተናገሩ ሲሆን፣ ይህ በጀት በተለያዩ አካላት መዋጮ እንደሚሸፈንም ጠቁመዋል።
ይህ ‘ብሔራዊ የፆታዊ ጥቃት ወንጀል ምዝገባ ሥርዓት’ በሚቀጥለው ዓመት ወደ ሥራ ይገባል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።
በኢትዮጵያ ከጥቂት ዓመታት በፊት የተደረገ ጥናት ከጠቅላላ የአገሪቱ ሴቶች 35 በመቶዎቹ የተለያዩ ዓይነት ፆታዊ ጥቃቶች እንደሚደርሱባቸው ያሳያል።
‘ብሔራዊ የፆታዊ ጥቃት ወንጀል ምዝገባ ሥርዓት’ የተሰኘው ሥርዓቱ፣ ጥቃት ፈጻሚዎች በሕግ ከታሰሩ እና ቅጣት ከተላለፈባቸው በኋላም ለዘለዓለም ተጠያቂ የሚያደርግ እና “ከተመረጡ” ማኅበራዊ እና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ግልጋሎቶች የሚያገል መሆኑ ታውቋል።

እስካሁን በተለመዱት የቁንጅና ዉድድሮች ሴቶች ባላቸዉ ቁንጅና ተወዳድረዉ የቁንጅና አክሊል ይሸለሙ ነበር፡፡ አሁን ግን ውድድሩ የአርቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ውጤት በሆኑ ሞዴሎች መካከል ነው ይለናል የዴይሊ ሜይል ዘገባ፡፡
