1 ➡ ከፖሊስ በተሽከርካሪ ላይ የደረሰውን የጉዳት አይነት የሚገልጽ የፅሁፍ ማስረጃ ሳይቀበሉ ጥገና የሚያከናውኑ ጋራዦች / የጋራዥ ባለቤቶች / በወንጀል ህግ የሚጠየቁት እንዳለ ሆኑ የ20 ሺህ ብር ቅጣት ይጣልባቸዋል።
2 ➡ አመታዊ የተሽከርካሪ ምርመራ ያላደረገ የተሽከርካሪ ባለንብረት 3,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
3 ➡ የአሽከርካሪ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ ሳይኖረው ተሽከርካሪ ያሽከረከረ ማንኛውም ሰው 5,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
4 ➡ የአሽከርካሪ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ ሳይኖረው ተሽከርካሪ በማሽከርከር በንብረት ላይ ጉዳት ያደረሰ ማንኛውም ሰው 7000 ብር ይቀጣል።
5 ➡ ከባለቤትነት ወይም በይዞታው የተያዘውን ተሽከርካሪ የአሽከርካሪ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ ለሌላው ሰው አሳልፎ የሰጠ ማንኛውም የተሸከርካሪ ባለንብረት 3,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
6🚨የትራፊክ ግጭት ወይም ጉዳት አድርሶ በቦታው ላይ ያልቆመ ወይም ባደረሰው የትራፊክ ጉዳት የተጎዳውን እና ሕክምና የሚያስፈልገውን ሰው ወደ ህክምና በመውሰድ እንዲታከም ያላደረገ 👉 በወንጀል ህጉ መሰረት ይጠየቃል።
7 ➡ ወጣት አሽከርካሪዎች፣ ጀማሪ አሽከርካሪዎች ፣ ሞተር ሳይክል አሽከርካሪዎች ፣ የንግድ ተሽከርካሪ አሽከርካሪዎች እና አደገኛ ጭነት የጫኑ አሽከርካሪዎች የአልኮል መጠን በትንፋሽ በየትኛውም መጠን ከተገኘ 2,000 ብር ቅጣት ይጠብቃቸዋል።
8 ➡ የአሽከርካሪ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ ታግዶበት ሳለ ያሽከረከረ 3,000 ብር ቅጣት ይጣልበታል።
9 ➡ አልኮል መጠን በትንፋሽ ውስጥ ፦
🍻 0.24 እስከ 0.6 ሚሊግራም/ሊትር 1,500 ብር ያስቀጣል።
🍻 0.61 እስከ 0.8 ሚሊግራም /ሊትር 2,000 ብር ያስቀጣል።
🍻 0.81 እስከ 1.0 ሚሊግራም/ሊትር 2,000 ብር ያስቀጣል።
🍻 1.0 ሚሊግራም/ሊትር በላይ የተገኘበት 3,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
10 ➡ በተሽከርካሪ ላይ ተገቢ ያልሆነ አካል የጨመረ ወይም ከተፈቀደለት ወንበር ውጭ ተጨማሪ ወንበር ወይም መቀመጫ የጨመረ የተሽከርካሪ ባለንብረት 400 ብር ይቀጣል።
11 ➡ የህዝብ ማመላለሻ ተሽከርካሪ ሞተር እየሰራና በተሽከርካሪው ውስጥ መንገደኞች እያሉ ነዳጅ መሙላት 1,500 ብር ያስቅጣል።
12 ➡ ቴሌቪዥን ወይም ሌሎች ምስሎችን ተሽከርካሪ ውስጥ እየተመለከተ ያሽከረከረ 1,500 ብር ይቀጣል።
13 ➡ የደህንነት ቀበቶ ሳያስር ወይም ተሳፋሪዎች የደህንነት ቀበቶ ማሰራቸውን ሳያረጋግጥ ያሽከረከረ 1,500 ብር ይቀጣል።
14 ➡ የተንቀሳቃሽ ስልክ በእጁ ይዞ እያነጋገረ፣ ወይም መልዕክት እየጻፈ እየላከ ወይም እያነበበ ያሽከረከረ 1,500 ብር ይቀጣል።
15 ➡ ጫት ቅሞ ወይም እየቃመ ወይም አደንዛዥ ዕፅ ወስዶ ያሽከረከረ 1,500 ብር ይቀጣል።
16 ➡ የተሽከርካሪ የፊት ወይም የኃላ ሰሌዳ ሳይኖረው ያሽከረከረ 1,500 ብር ይቀጣል።
17 ➡ ለአውቶብስ ብቻ ተብሎ በተለየ መንገድ ላይ ያሽከረከረ 1,500 ብር ይቀጣል።
18 ➡ ቀይ መብራት የጣሰ 1,500 ብር ይቀጣል።
19 ➡ የትራፊክ ተቆጣጣሪ ትዕዛዝ ያልፈጸመ፣ ወይም የተሳሳተ መረጃ የሰጠ ወይም እንዲቆም ሲታዘዝ በእንቢተኝነት ሳይቆም የሄደ 1,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
20 ➡ የአሽከርካሪ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃድ ኖሮት ሳይዝ ያሽከረከረ ወይም የአሽከርካሪ ብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈቃዱን ሳያሳድስ ያሽከረከረ 1,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
21 ➡ ከተፈቀደው ፍጥናት በታች ያሽከረከረ ወይም የቀኙን ጠርዝ ሳይዝ በዝግታ ያሽከረከረ 1,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
22 ➡ ከመጠን በላይ ድምጽ እያሰማ ወይም የጆሮ ማዳመጫ እያዳመጠ ያሽከረከረ 1,000 ብር ይቀጣል።
23 ➡ መንገድ ላይ ያለን ውሃ በተሽከርካሪው አማካኝነት እግረኛ ላይ እንዲረጭ ያደረገ 1,000 ብር ይቀጣል። | 952 |

In commemoration of the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA)’s Golden Jubilee in December 2024, EPA introduced 7 new pharmacy initiatives one of which is focused on strengthening the Young Pharmacists Group/Wing (YPG). To move this initiative forward, EPA established a task force/committee and has been actively working to empower young pharmacists through mentorship, professional development and engagement within the association.
Following the revitalization of the committee, the task force has continued to advance the initiative with a dedicated webinar session. The first webinar in this series will be titled: “Building Your Path in Pharmacy: Career Journey, Experience, Lessons and Emerging Opportunities.” This session is designed to support young pharmacists as they plan their professional future by sharing real experiences, practical lessons, and insights into emerging opportunities in the pharmacy field.
