Hey guysβ¦
I really want to share something with you. I think my body is going through some kind of adjustment orβ¦ I donβt even know π
Ever since we arrived in Nha Trang, Iβve just had no energy at all. Constant tiredness, no strengthβ¦ it feels like Iβm completely drained.
Iβll try to start my stream early tomorrow β around 8 or 9 a.m. Nha Trang time, probably 9. Iβm not sure what time thatβll be for you, but I hope some of you can still join.
Andβ¦ honestly, I feel a bit embarrassed about my recent streams. They used to be so good, full of energy and fun, and now itβs justβ¦ I donβt know, I feel so low on energy. Maybe itβs the heat, maybe my bodyβs just adjusting β but itβs scary and kind of stressful.
Itβs been like this for about five days already, and every stream feels like Iβm forcing myself just to keep going. But I really want to give you my best, to give you all my energy, because I truly love what I do β and I love you guys so much.
So please, donβt judge me too harshly for how things look right now. I know I can do better. And I will. β€οΈ
