Hey guys… I really want to share something with you. I think my body is going through some kind of adjustment or… I don’t even know 😅 Ever since we arrived in Nha Trang, I’ve just had no energy at all. Constant tiredness, no strength… it feels like I’m completely drained. I’ll try to start my stream early tomorrow — around 8 or 9 a.m. Nha Trang time, probably 9. I’m not sure what time that’ll be for you, but I hope some of you can still join. And… honestly, I feel a bit embarrassed about my recent streams. They used to be so good, full of energy and fun, and now it’s just… I don’t know, I feel so low on energy. Maybe it’s the heat, maybe my body’s just adjusting — but it’s scary and kind of stressful. It’s been like this for about five days already, and every stream feels like I’m forcing myself just to keep going. But I really want to give you my best, to give you all my energy, because I truly love what I do — and I love you guys so much. So please, don’t judge me too harshly for how things look right now. I know I can do better. And I will. ❤️ Thank you so, so much for being here, for supporting me, and for all your love. I love you all so much

Hey guys! Today is our last day in Da Nang. Tomorrow we’re leaving — actually flying — to Nha Trang. I wanted to let you know that this will be my last stream from this hotel, and it’s happening very soon. But first, I need to go to my workout — that’s what’s going on right now — and then grab a nice lunch somewhere. I also wanted to tell you that I’ve finally fixed my daily routine! Turns out, it’s not that hard to wake up at 7–8 a.m. and go to bed around 9 p.m. See you soon, bye everyone 🤗
