Yesterday was the Southern MD Celtic Festival. I have been wanting Scotch Eggs for a while. Got up, looked at the Calendar! YUP! It was the day! Went down, spent a couple hours, got the eggs, and bangers and mash... Guess what I'm doin' right now? Yup. Went to the store, grabbed some pork sausage and bread crumbs. I'mma be makin' 'em from scratch today... HOWEVER: NOT FRIED - I'mma bake 'em at 400F for 30mins.... EDIT - 30mins wasn't long enough for the pork sausage to be done, so I put them in for another 30. "Let's See What Happens..." LOL 🇺🇸🤘🐺🤘🇺🇸
