JUST IN: Chief Justice Roberts has just announced Monday will be the FINAL day of opinions, which means we will know the outcome of the remaining major decisions on Monday.

NEW: Here is the fourth (because Chevron was two cases) and final opinion of the day from the Supreme Court. It is a 6–3 opinion delivered by Chief Justice Roberts. Justice Barrett filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Sotomayor and Kagan joined. This case is called Fischer v. United States. Good Friday morning everyone! It’s round three of opinions this week, the justices will convene at 10 AM ET to deliver one or more opinions in argued cases this term. There are between 6–8 cases pending, and we also have another opinion day on Monday, which means the Court could finish by then. Of course, we will know when the last opinion day is as soon as the Chief Justice announces it, which we will be looking for today. As always, as soon as the opinions are released on the website, we will provide them to you here.
