MONDAY 8TH JUNE 2026.
DALE VINCENT FOUND NOT GUILTY AT BRISTOL CROWN COURT OF ASSAULTING AN EMERGENCY WORKER.
4th of October 2022 when attempting to close down a vaccine centre with others, Dale made a citizens arrest on a police officer for Misconduct in Public Office. The officer alleged he was assaulted & Dale was subsequently arrested and charged.
The jury agreed despite the horrendous and criminal behaviour of the judge who was perverting the course of justice and misconducting himself in public office by doing everything he could to make sure Dale was found guilty.
Dale has reported the judge. Police Inspector at the court issued Dale a crime number.
My statement is attached that the judge refused to be allowed to be read out.
Once read you will see why judge burgess banned my evidence and my statement to be heard by the jury and placed on the public record.

Hundreds of people packed into a Fife village hall to show their concern over proposals for a massive AI data centre.
Over 200 people attended the public meeting held in Auchtertool.
ILI Cato Limited are seeking planning permission in principle for a data centre campus on land to the north-west of the village.
Concern has been raised about the scale of the development which, it is understood, would use the equivalent energy of half of Scotlandβs households.
Addressing the meeting, Community council chairperson Andrea Cail said she had been 'overwhelmed' by the response since the planning application was lodged with Fife Council.
βThis is a big issue. Not just for Auchtertool, not just for Fife, not just for Scotland but for the world and we have to make a stand,β she said.
βA 600mw data centre is not a local planning matter in our view. It is national infrastructure.β
