Seago will testify for the government, should this case go to trial, that all these parties are attempting to DECEIVE THE COURT when they claim Fusion was providing any kind of legal or liability counsel to clients. Here’s a question nobody’s asking, and they really should: Is it a federal felony to falsely assert a/c privilege in an attempt to hide documents from a grand jury?
