The Biden Transcripts

Confusion, Evasion, and Outright Lies.

A unanimous Supreme Court rejects efforts to remove President Trump from the ballot. Even the liberal justices recognized the dangers of "patchwork" elections where State officials could influence national elections, thus disenfranchising millions of voters and sowing chaos into our system. The Constitution is clear: States have no authority to remove federal offices or federal candidates. https://technofog.substack.com/p/supreme-court-trump-stays-on-the

Special Counsel Robert Hur's report has been released. A more thorough analysis will follow, but this part needs emphasis... Biden's serious cognitive issues were exposed: "He did not remember when he was vice president" He forgot "when his term began" "He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died."

Hard to predict such things, but we'll go for it: We find it more likely than not that the Supreme Court does not rule on the immunity issue before the 2024 election. This will allow the Court to defer making a ruling on a novel question of first impression (Presidential immunity from criminal prosecution) that will have significant consequences. Should Trump be elected, he will have the power to pardon himself. Should he lose the election, the Court can make its ruling after that time. The Court isn't in a rush to decide this issue, and such a strategy will keep it from making an election-altering decision. The Court is sensitive to its public perception and generally doesn't want to insert itself into electoral matters.
