Here are my expectations for SG Listed REITs going into 2026.

Commercial headwinds are expected to pull down the operating performances alongside with FX losses.
Couple that with the high valuations (from operating performances), I think investors should proceed with caution unless you are very optimistic about the recovery in the commercial property, given that their logistics properties are operating almost at 100% occupancy.
