🇺🇸 #NewYork. Investigators believe the men captured on video climbing out of manholes in New York City in the middle of the night are migrants searching the sewer system for valuables.
Three men were caught on camera emerging from a manhole near Penn Station last week, wearing overalls and headlamps. An NYPD spokesperson said police are aware of the video and are searching for three people in connection with the Aug. 18 incident. No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.

A stabbing took place Saturday evening around 19:30 on De Ruijterkade behind Amsterdam Central Station. Police say four people were hospitalised: an arrested suspect and three stabbed victims, after what they believe began as a fight. Online claims identify TikTok fitness influencer “superhumanunchained” as the suspect and allege a livestream shows him stabbing a person on the ground.

🇹🇷 #Turkey. A passenger ferry traveling from Girne to Tasucu in the Turkish province of Mersin capsized after taking on water off the coast of Northern Cyprus on August 30.
Coast Guard vessels, helicopters and civilian boats were deployed for rescue operations, while ambulances were placed on standby at Girne Port. At least seven people are dead, 237 have been rescued and 23 remain missing as search operations continue. The ferry was carrying 267 passengers and crew.
