I have received 80% resumes that have already applied before at Genpact or other companies, yet reaching out to me for employee referral. Please note, changing e-mail ID doesn't always work in Genpact as all details are verified by HR before reaching the candidates! Also, once reffered, it is your responsibility to follow up, don't expect admins would be reaching out everytime! Further, please be mindful of accepting offer. Accept only if you are able to join or inform the HR on time if not able to join the firm with given offer. 2. For mental health issues support (depression, anxieties, etc.) please register/ reach out only if you seriously looking for support and is ready to invest time consistently with sharing everything in details. 3. Recently, we are witnessing a lot of tragic deaths of teenagers and adults under 30; these are people who had either been neglected by their families / co-workers; or are those who were unable to express their life situations with anyone. Sadly, Within a week, I have lost 3 of my knowns, who were under 30! A few of the common reasons are: - Unable to express to family about the mental pressures going on - Fear of judgement from knowns/ society - Lack of confidence to share out thoughts - Lack of options to vent out - Issues being faced in relationship / at home / at office / anywhere and unable to share to anyone.
