Hello all, Sharing a serious topic here. Recently, we are witnessing a lot of tragic deaths of teenagers and adults under 30; these are people who had either been neglected by their families / co-workers; or are those who were unable to express their life situations with anyone. Sadly, Within a week, I have lost 3 of my knowns, who were under 30! Few of the common reasons are: - Unable to express to family about the mental pressures going on - Fear of judgement from knowns/ society - Lack of confidence to share out thoughts - Lack of options to vent out - Issues being faced in relationship / at home / at office / anywhere and unable to share to anyone. I have been sharing many posts regarding Mental and physical health fitness in all my channels. Please take them seriously and work on yourself. Your family just have you as their valuable asset. Be it you/ your knowns are haing any professional or personal issues, do share it out regularly with your family, friends, co-workers, or reach out to professionals for support. Hello everyone, I am recently receiving many messages to refer to for a job. Please understand I can't refer someone unknown who can't even put up basic efforts to introduce themselves, share about the domain needed to apply, company, location, experience, etc. Also, employee referral is valid ONLY if you have NOT applied at that company. I can see people getting rejected/ reffered or applied earlier in the company still sharing me their resumes for references. Please refrain such acts as it is a waste of time for both of us! If the job post is for particular experienced candidates in a particular domain, please understand the job requirements are for that particular domain only. Having various other experiences doesn't mean you are eligible for that vacancy. Alternatively, there are various other job vacancies that you might be eligible for! I have offered support for job search often in this channel, however there too I received request for job referrals only. Please understand the difference between guidance and reference!!!! Summary: Avoid applying blindly to each and all vacancies and respect the boundaries of admins too. Unnecessarily calling/ texting admins won't lend u to a job.
