❗️A Ukrainian unmanned drone boat exploded in a Romanian port
An explosion occurred in the city of Constanta on the Black Sea coast of Romania. A Ukrainian marine drone, approximately 7-8 meters long, was spotted in the morning at Pier No. 78. Specialists arrived at the scene, but did not have time to intervene — the drone exploded around 10:30. Preliminarily, the boat was loaded with dozens of kilograms of explosives, media reports said, citing the country's Ministry of Defense.
As a result of the explosion, no one was injured. Local authorities activated the red response plan. The incident was reported to the President of Romania.

❗️The Kremlin has seen the open letter from Zelensky to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov said.
Zelensky published the letter when Vladimir Putin was holding a meeting with the heads of global news agencies as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, so he did not have time to read it, but the letter will be reported on soon, Dmitry Peskov clarified.
In the letter, Zelensky proposed holding a personal meeting to discuss ending the conflict. He stated that Ukraine is ready for a complete ceasefire during the negotiations, as well as for an exchange of prisoners of war according to the "all for all" formula.
The negotiations should take place with the participation of the USA and European countries as possible guarantors of future agreements, the letter noted. Possible venues for the meeting are Switzerland, Turkey, and countries of the Arab world.
