💜 10,000,000 WebWisePay shares have been distributed. The reward is already in your portfolios.   The third DigiU funding round has ended, and today we're fulfilling another key commitment to its participants.   1% of WebWisePay – 10,000,000 shares – has been distributed among those who participated in the funding round from April 16 to August 31, 2026.   The distribution included 969 investors. The calculation is based on the 234 million DigiU shares actually purchased.   We factored in all five snapshots and the previously announced multipliers:   ×1 for active installment plans, ×1.5 for installment plans paid off early, ×2 for full payments and paid upgrades.   «DigiU rewards those who step up exactly when the company needs them most. At the start of the third funding round, much of WebWisePay existed only in our plans. Today, the wallet, apps, and virtual Visa cards are fully operational, and physical cards are already in production. These 10,000,000 distributed shares are a reward for everyone who walked this path with us. The future value of this position will be defined by WebWisePay's results and the scale we can achieve together». – Alexey Ognev, CEO of DigiU  Tell us in the comments: how many WebWisePay shares did you get?   And here's a second, even more important question: how do you see WebWisePay evolving in your country?   Know any companies that might be interested in our cards, payment infrastructure, or B2B solutions – introduce us. Have connections to the local market, a strong partner, or a potential corporate client – reach out.   Together, we can build the next big success for WebWisePay.   💙 Open DigiU Account   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Snapshot

«If AI reshapes tech markets 1–2 times a year, why do we even need venture funds with a 10-year planning horizon?»   We started this new episode of DigiU Talks with GP WebWiseCapital with this question.   The short answer: 10 years is the portfolio holding horizon, not a single investment hypothesis for a decade. The market changes — and along with it, where, how, and why the fund invests changes.   In the episode, we broke down several things that usually remain behind the scenes of venture investments.   🔹Good technology does not yet mean a good investment.   A few years ago, crypto venture capital looked much more closely at technology, tokenomics, well-known investors in the round, and the potential growth of the token.   Today, the questions have become much closer to classic business: Who is the client? Why do they pay? How much does it cost to acquire them? Do they return? Is there revenue, retention, and working unit economics?   The market has changed — and the investment strategy changes with it. That is why payments & fintech, cybersecurity, AI and projects where strong technology is linked to a clear business model are receiving more attention today.   🔹In venture capital, money alone does not yet grant access.   You can have capital and not even hear about a strong deal. You can hear about it — and not get an allocation. You can get access — and still end up with a single concentrated position instead of a full-fledged portfolio.   Therefore, for a professional fund, separate assets become deal flow, reputation, network of relationships, speed of decision-making, and the ability to filter hundreds of projects. In some months, the Contribution Capital team reviewed about 200 projects and chose two.   And here emerges one of the most interesting thoughts of the conversation: "By investing through another professional fund, you sometimes buy not just its portfolio. You buy its machine for searching, selecting, and accessing deals." Therefore, WebWise Capital for DigiU is not just a set of investment positions. It is access to professional investment infrastructure, funds, founders, new markets, and information on where the tech market is heading.   And next — the most interesting part.   In an open format, we showed how we look at venture capital and make investment decisions.   The next breakdowns will be in a closed DigiU format: specific companies, entry conditions, risks, deal logic, and the reasons why we are ready to invest — or walk away.   This is already a different level of conversation — closer to the real process of making investment decisions.   Details in DigiU Account.   The new episode of DigiU Talks is already available on YouTube.   Link — in the next message.

🌿 Why capital doesn't guarantee access to top-tier venture deals   You might have $10,000 or even $100,000 to invest. But that's usually not enough to operate independently as a professional venture capital fund.   There are at least three limitations:   🔹 seeing the deal – many private rounds never become publicly available;   🔹 getting an allocation – minimum check sizes can start in the tens of thousands of dollars, and top companies choose investors based on more than just capital size;   🔹 building a portfolio – a single large investment just leaves you with a concentrated position in one company.   A professional fund adds what you can't simply buy off the shelf: deal flow, reputation, a vetting system, legal infrastructure, relationships with other funds, and the ability to diversify risk across multiple companies.   Today, we're releasing a new conversation with the CEO of DigiU and the GP of WebWise Capital.   DigiU is the lead investor in WebWise Capital. Through it, the ecosystem gains access to direct investments, professional funds, and private market opportunities that an individual retail investor would rarely see or be able to tap into on their own.   In this episode, we break down in simple terms:   – why a VC fund's long lifespan doesn't mean sticking to a single, unchanging investment thesis;   – who GPs and LPs are;   – how capital calls and follow-on investments work;   – where deal flow comes from and why an established fund's reputation becomes an asset in itself;   – why one fund invests through another;   – why a large check still doesn't guarantee access to the best deals;   – how the focus in crypto venture capital has shifted from tokenomics and expected token growth to users, revenue, cash flows, and unit economics.   We'll also discuss real stories from the portfolio: investments that didn't meet initial expectations, companies that managed to pivot their strategy, and cases where a portfolio asset can bring the ecosystem not just a potential financial return, but also technology, new connections, and access to future deals.   This isn't a logo parade or an attempt to paint every investment as a success.   It's a conversation about how a professional venture investor makes decisions under uncertainty, allocates attention and capital, and steadily improves the quality of opportunities available to them.   This episode kicks off a new series of content on WebWiseCapital and the venture market. Basic overviews will be published in the DigiU Account, while we plan to develop more in-depth analyses of companies and investment decisions within the DigiU Premium Club.   The first practical follow-up to this series will be a dedicated investment analysis of OmyPayments.   If you're considering participating in the fourth stage of DigiU, this episode will help you understand why the ecosystem model goes beyond a single product – and how proprietary technology, investment assets, professional funds, and a global community can amplify each other.   🌿 Watch the conversation between the CEO of DigiUand the GP of WebWise Capital   🔜 Open your DigiU Account   #DigiU #WebWiseCapital #VentureCapital #PrivateMarkets #Investment

💼 In venture capital, having money isn't enough. You also need access   DigiU is the primary investor in WebWise Capital.   Through DigiU, the ecosystem gains access to direct investments, professional funds, syndicates, and private market deals that a retail investor would typically never even see.   However, access to deals like these and the reputation of an active venture capital fund are assets in their own right. And they have to be built first.   WebWise Capital's initial direct investments were important not just for the positions they secured in specific companies. They also allowed the fund to demonstrate its ability to source deals, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and successfully close investments.   Once that's established, the next level opens up: sharing deal flow with other funds, co-investing, securing new allocations, gaining access to founders, and entering investment networks that are virtually invisible to retail investors.   Until now, we've deliberately avoided diving deep into these mechanics in our public communications.   Not because it can't be explained, but because without real-world examples, discussions about LPs, GPs, capital calls, follow-on investments, and fund structures quickly devolve into a string of buzzwords.   The situation is different now.   DigiU now has its own investment ecosystem, direct deals, WebWise Capital, positions in professional funds, and concrete investment decisions we can analyze in practice.   That's why we're rolling out a more advanced level of content.   • What are GPs and LPs? • What venture capital fund models actually exist out there? • Why does one fund raise tens of millions of dollars upfront, while another deploys capital gradually? • Why would a fund invest through another fund? • What's the difference between a fund and a syndicate? • What is a capital call, a follow-on investment, and deal flow? • And why can two investors with the exact same capital end up with access to completely different opportunities?   🌿 In the coming days, the CEO of DigiU and the General Partner of WebWise Capital will kick off a new content series covering venture investments and the fund's portfolio.   We'll start by breaking down how the private markets investment chain works, how the landscape has shifted since 2023, and why WebWise Capital's strategy has evolved along with it.   We'll also take a closer look at why users, revenue, cash flows, and unit economics carry significantly more weight for us today than tokenomics alone.   This won't be the simplest content.   And that's exactly the point.   We want DigiU participants to do more than just see new portfolio companies. We want them to gradually understand how a professional venture investor sources deals, evaluates them, allocates capital, and decides on the next investment.   Foundational materials and reviews will be available in the DigiU Account. We plan to develop more in-depth breakdowns of specific companies and investment decisions, along with meetings and exclusive content, within the DigiU Premium Club, which was announced during the third funding round.   And one of the first practical follow-ups to this series will be a dedicated investment breakdown of OmyPayments.   #DigiU #WebWiseCapital #VentureCapital #Investment

The fourth stage of DigiU has started. Along with it, the entry conditions are changing.   In a new video, DigiU CEO Alexey Ognev detailed the company's current funding round: its goals, key development areas, capital allocation principles, investment priorities, and the results that will shape DigiU's future path.   🌿 Watch   Here are a few key takeaways to consider when making an investment decision.   The goal of the current stage is to integrate existing products, infrastructure, and investment assets into a fully operational economic system. «Right now, our focus is on WebWisePay and scaling the card product, physical cards, B2B pilots, new payment corridors, licensing, increasing investment positions, and expanding into new markets. The faster the capital for this stage is raised, the more of these areas we can develop in parallel, gather data more quickly, validate the economics, and scale proven models,» commented Alexey Ognev, CEO of DigiU. The share price is now dynamic.   The starting price is $0.004 per DigiU share.   Throughout the current stage, the price may increase as significant milestones are reached without additional prior notice for each change.   Triggers for a price revision may include:   – new investment assets; – operational B2B pilots; – progress in licensing; – confirmed payment corridors; – development of proprietary infrastructure; – other achievements that increase the company's value and reduce future development risks.   The price follows the results. That's why timing your entry matters.   Entering DigiU is now easier.   Starter participation options are now open: $100 package – full payment. $200 package – 2-month installment plan.   This is an opportunity to move from simply watching DigiU grow to building your own investment position with a significantly lower starting amount.   The number of starter packages is limited.   Standard packages, installment plans, and position increases are also available for existing investors.   Watch the video, understand the logic behind the current stage, and make your investment decision.   🌿 Watch 💙 Choose a package

🔵 DigiU Strategy for the Fourth Funding Round Today, we're releasing the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update with the DigiU CEO
🔵 DigiU Strategy for the Fourth Funding Round   Today, we're releasing the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update with the DigiU CEO.   The episode features a roadmap, but the core discussion centers on capital allocation: what DigiU will build in-house, which investment positions it plans to strengthen, where it makes more sense to leverage partner infrastructure, and how priorities will shift if funding comes in slower or faster than the target pace.   Over the course of the third stage, a significant portion of the WebWisePay roadmap became a fully functional product. New cards and live payments were rolled out, users have started reloading their cards, and the first batch of physical Visa cards is currently in production.   WebWise Capital signed a SAFE with OmyPayments, and the international DigiU community helped secure the first corporate contacts and organize meetings regarding mass payouts.   In the fourth stage, the focus will be on three key areas:   🔹 WebWisePay – the next scale of testing, physical cards, corporate pilots, payment corridors, mobile money, and local QR code payments;   🔹 Infrastructure – initiating the WebWisePay licensing process in El Salvador and further integration with OmyPayments;   🔹 Investments and Transparency – establishing DigiU's stake in OmyPayments, potentially increasing our stake in Contribution Capital, and providing more detailed disclosures on the WebWise Capital portfolio, which includes over 30 tech projects.   For the first time, we are also breaking down the financial logic of the stage: how much capital is needed, where it will be allocated, and how the sequence of tasks will change if funding comes in at a slower pace.   The starting price of DigiU shares in the fourth stage is $0.004. It will gradually increase as significant milestones are achieved. Specific dates for these changes will not be announced in advance; the current price will always be displayed in the DigiU Account. By the end of the stage, it is expected to rise to $0.0044.   Limited starter packages are already available for new participants:   – $100 paid in full – 100 packages; – $200 with a two-month installment plan – 100 packages.   Before making an investment decision, we recommend reviewing the full plan for the fourth stage to understand the logic behind DigiU's capital allocation.   🌿 Watch the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update   #DigiU #InvestorUpdate #WebWisePay #WebWiseCapital #Investment

🔒 Mandatory KYC by October 3, 2026   DigiU's legal reorganization is underway. The company is compiling a verified registry of participants for the new BVI corporate structure.   To be included in the registry, all DigiU participants must complete KYC no later than October 3, 2026.   If you've already completed KYC, no further action is required.   Identity verification is required to:   – verify the owner of each account; – update participant information; – identify and merge duplicate accounts; – exclude unverified and essentially unused accounts; – create an accurate registry of participants for the new structure.   ‼️ What happens if you don't complete KYC   After October 3, accounts without completed KYC may be temporarily frozen until identity verification is finished.   If an account owner simultaneously:   – has not completed KYC; – has not logged into their DigiU Account for over three months,   the account may be locked as inactive, and any gifted, welcome, and bonus shares held in it will be canceled in accordance with their accrual terms.   Genuinely purchased DigiU shares will not be canceled due to a lack of KYC. However, an account without a verified identity:   – will not be included in the registry of participants for the new BVI structure; – will not be able to participate in the conversion of rights into shares of the new structure; – will be excluded from profit distributions and other economic accruals if KYC is not completed by the date of the respective distribution.   This requirement applies to all DigiU participants, including those who haven't logged into their Account in a long time.   Log into your DigiU Account, check your verification status, and complete KYC in advance if necessary.   🔜 Complete KYC   If you have multiple accounts or run into issues during the verification process, please contact support: support@digiu.ai.   #DigiU #KYC #DigiUAccount

4️⃣🔵 Third Funding Round Is Complete. Fourth Stage Starts   The third DigiU funding round, which started on April 16, ended on August 31.   The final WebWisePay Snapshot was also taken at that time. Over the next 10 business days we will calculate each participant's share and credit 10 million WebWisePay shares based on the previously published mechanics.   💙 Thank you to everyone who made it through this stage with us: investors, affiliates, national representatives, and product users.   Investors gave the team both capital and agility. Holders of the first new cards ran payments across various countries, spotted limitations, and provided valuable feedback. Affiliates introduced DigiU to new audiences, shared insights into local markets, and helped us reach potential partners and clients.   Without this effort, the team would have had far less data, and many decisions would have taken much longer.   💼 We're already seeing initial results in the development of our B2B segment as well.   Following our posts on cross-border and mass payouts, DigiU participants shared their first 10 inquiries and contacts for potential corporate clients. The team is currently evaluating how well they match our target profile, and initial meetings are already being scheduled with some of these companies.   Thank you to everyone who responded. The international community is already actively involved in growing the business, helping us find clients and expand into new markets.   📡 The type of corporate clients we're looking for and how to schedule a meeting — Fill out the form (link)   🚀 The fourth DigiU funding round starts today.   In the next few days, we will release the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update – a special episode featuring the DigiU CEO.   In it, we'll summarize the results of the third stage and unveil the roadmap for the entire ecosystem for the fourth. We'll also discuss WebWisePay, OmyPayments, WebWise Capital, our work on proprietary fintech licenses, and other key priorities in detail.   We'll also announce the target funding amount to execute the roadmap.   During the third stage, some of our plans evolved into live products and infrastructure. We now have the initial data needed to build our next solutions.   Now we need to decide what to scale, what to build in-house, where to invest, and where partnerships will yield the best results.   #DigiU #WebWisePay #DigiUCommunity #Investment

⌛️Last Day of Current Funding Round   Today, August 31, the third DigiU funding round comes to an end, and the final WebWisePay Snapshot will take place.   Until the end of the day, the standard price for the third stage remains in effect – $0.0036 per DigiU share. In the fourth stage, the price will be $0.004.   Under the current model, 10 million WebWisePay shareswill be distributed among participants of the third stage.   The calculation takes into account all Snapshots from April 16 to August 31. It factors in not the nominal size of the package, but only the DigiU shares that have actually been paid for and credited.   What you can do today   🔹 Pay for a new package in full. The shares actually purchased are credited immediately and count toward the WebWisePay share distribution with a ×2 multiplier.   🔹 Set up an installment plan. This locks in the price and terms of the third stage for the entire package. The final Snapshot will include the shares that have actually been paid for and credited, with a ×1 multiplier.   🔹 Pay off your current installment plan in full. After the final payment, the remaining 70% of the package's shares and any applicable bonuses will be credited. The shares actually purchased under the fully paid-off installment plan are counted with a ×1.5 multiplier.   🔹 Upgrade your current package. An upgrade preserves your previously locked-in terms. Shares paid for during the third funding round are counted with a ×2 multiplier.   Today is the last day to lock in the terms of the third stage and increase your weight in the final calculation of 10 million WebWisePay shares – with a multiplier of up to ×2.   Don't leave your payment until the last few hours: the transaction must be processed, and the corresponding shares must be credited to your DigiU Account before the Snapshot.   🔜 Go to your DigiU Account #DigiU

⌛️ April 16 and August 29: Huge Difference   The third funding round for DigiU kicked off on April 16, 2026. Back then, most of the WebWisePay plans were still just on the roadmap.   Today, the wallet and new virtual Visa cards are up and running, with real payments and transfers going through across multiple countries and users making repeat top-ups. The first batch of physical cards is also in the works.   WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments, and work has started on the B2B vertical and payment infrastructure integration.   ▶️ A special thanks to the participants testing the first WebWisePay cards. Many are trying out real-world use cases in different countries, identifying limitations, and sharing their feedback with the team.   This is how the global DigiU community becomes an integral part of the product's development: funding it, testing it in real-world conditions, and helping prepare it for launch across various markets.   And over the past few months, it hasn't just been about WebWisePay.   We've spent a lot of time explaining the core logic behind DigiU: why we don't need to build everything from scratch, why the ecosystem needs a venture capital portfolio, and how proprietary products, investments, and partnerships can amplify each other. The synergy between WebWisePay and OmyPayments is a clear, practical example of this.   Coming up next is a detailed breakdown of the WebWise Capital portfolio: over 30 tech projects in the fund where DigiU is the lead investor.   The legal reorganization of DigiU has also been ongoing: the new Offer Terms have been published, and the transition to a new legal structure with a BVI company has started. This work will continue into the fourth stage.   Back in April, there were more plans than actual results. Now, most of the roadmap has been implemented or is ready for launch. Plus, the terms of the third stage remain in effect until August 31.   💼 The stage wraps up on August 31.   The standard price of a DigiU share is currently $0.0036. At the fourth stage, it will be $0.004.   On the same day, the final Snapshot will take place, locking in eligibility for the distribution of 10 million WebWisePay shares according to the previously published mechanics.   Before the stage ends, you can still make your first commitment, increase your existing package via an upgrade while keeping your locked-in terms, or get your installment plan back on track.   Over the past few months, more than 220 participants have either reactivated their previously canceled installment plans and resumed payments, or increased their packages.   Until August 31, you can reactivate a canceled installment plan in your DigiU Account under the original terms. Once we move to the fourth stage, reactivation will still be available, but at the new share price.   Yesterday, we introduced the CEO of WebWisePay for the first time in DigiU Talks #1. If you want to understand where the team plans to take the product next, watch this conversation before the stage ends.   🌿 DigiU Talks #1 – Building WebWisePay   🔜 DigiU Account   In early September, we'll release a separate recap of the third DigiU funding round and outline the plans for the entire ecosystem in the fourth round.   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Investment

🌿 DigiU Talks #1 – Building WebWisePay. Meet the CEO of WebWisePay   WebWisePay has reached a major milestone: the product is live, virtual Visa cards have been issued, and users are making real payments and transfers while actively topping up their cards. We are now preparing for the first rollout of physical cards.   But the most exciting part starts right after launch.   We need to figure out where and how WebWisePay can truly scale.   Which use cases are becoming regular. How the product performs under heavier loads. Whether a single corporate client can bring in hundreds of users and a steady flow of payments. Which countries and payment corridors we should prioritize. Where the economics look promising, and where we need to tweak our hypothesis.   The only way to answer these questions is by facing the market head-on.   Today, we're introducing the CEO of WebWisePay in detail for the first time and sharing a long-form conversation about the kind of company he envisions WebWisePay becoming in a few years.   We talked about why there's still room for new fintech companies in the market, why WebWisePay shouldn't limit itself to Africa, and what its growth could look like in the coming years.   We also took a closer look at the next stage.   Our immediate goals include scaling the test to 1,000 virtual cards, launching the first physical card trials across different countries, expanding the B2B segment, running a few corporate pilots, starting the process of obtaining our own fintech licenses, continuing the integration with OmyPayments, and exploring the first payment corridors.   The goal of this next stage is to gather enough real-world data to understand which use cases to scale faster and where to allocate more capital, time, and team resources.   Another key topic of our conversation was speed.   In fintech, you can spend ages perfecting a product behind closed doors. But the market doesn't stand still: competitors are snapping up customers, partners are choosing who to work with, and other players are gradually claiming new payment corridors.   In the tech business, capital doesn't just buy development. It buys time.   🔜 Watch the conversation with the CEO of WebWisePay   If you're currently deciding whether to continue participating in the current DigiU stage, we recommend watching it before the final scheduled Snapshot on August 31.   Then, in early September, we'll hold a separate meeting with the CEO of DigiU – the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update. We'll wrap up the third funding round and present the plans for the entire ecosystem heading into the fourth stage.   #DigiU #DigiUTalks #WebWisePay #Fintech

💵 Why get a physical card in a world of Apple Pay and Google Pay? Because payment infrastructure varies wildly from country
💵 Why get a physical card in a world of Apple Pay and Google Pay?   Because payment infrastructure varies wildly from country to country, and a physical card still solves problems that a smartphone can't always handle.   In some places, mobile payments work without restrictions. In others, adding a foreign virtual card to your phone is a hassle. Some people just need an ATM. And for many, a physical card remains the most familiar way to pay.   The WebWisePay team is currently placing its first order to produce physical Visa cards under two brands – DigiU and WebWisePay.   A few months ago, physical cards were just a line item on the roadmap. Now, we're turning that plan into reality.   They'll complement our existing virtual cards: you'll be able to pay without a smartphone, use the card where mobile payment services are restricted, and withdraw cash from ATMs. We'll specifically test ATM functionality with the first batch of cards across different countries.   National representatives and local DigiU affiliates will be the first to get the chance to order physical cards.   For us, this is a logical first step. They know their markets inside out and can test the entire user journey in real-world conditions: from receiving and activating the card to making payments, using ATMs, and navigating the quirks of local payment infrastructure.   This way, WebWisePay can gather hands-on experience from multiple countries well before a wider launch.   Meanwhile, national representatives and affiliates will be the first to experience this journey alongside the product, helping shape its future development in their respective markets.   In September, we plan to open physical card pre-orders to the remaining participants in the ecosystem.   If you know your market well, work with clients, entrepreneurs, or communities, and see opportunities for WebWisePay in your country – reach out to us.   We'll discuss the possibility of getting you a card in the first batch and explore potential local partnership formats.   WebWisePay is gradually adding new ways to access and use funds – not based on some vision of an «ideal digital world», but on how people actually pay in different countries.   Before the end of August, we'll publish the roadmap for the next stage of WebWisePay and outline where the product is headed next.   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Fintech

💼 WebWisePay: Third Funding Round Results   The third funding round for DigiU kicked off on April 16, 2026. Its primary product priority has been the development of WebWisePay.   The goal of this stage is clear – build a core payment infrastructure, deploy it in a live environment, and shift from developing standalone features to real-world user testing.   Today, we have achieved a significant portion of this goal.   🔹 What's Already Live   ✔️ WebWisePay crypto wallet; ✔️ Telegram and Android apps; ✔️ new virtual Visa cards; ✔️ Gasless Mode; ✔️ Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported; ✔️ in-wallet cross-chain swaps; ✔️ internal transfers between users and cards; ✔️ referral program.   But for us, what matters most isn't the number of features we've launched, but how the product performs post-launch.   📊 Initial Results   The WebWisePay wallet user base has reached around 48,000 people.   We've issued the first 100 new Visa cards.   These cards are already in use across multiple countries, processing real payments, and, most importantly, users are topping them up again after their first transactions.   At the current volume, the cards are running stably with virtually no issues across different regions.   A single successful top-up or transaction proves the technology works.   Repeat top-ups show that a genuine pattern of regular product usage is emerging.   🔹 New Scaling Scenarios   Over the course of this stage, we've also gained a clearer vision of how WebWisePay can scale moving forward.   WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments. This agreement gives WebWisePay access to OmyPayments' white-label and payment infrastructure, opening up corporate use cases for the product.   A single corporate client can bring hundreds or even thousands of wallet and card users to WebWisePay all at once, generating a steady flow of payment transactions.   Integrating OmyPayments and running initial pilots with corporate clients will be one of the key objectives for the next stage.   🔹 What Changed During the Third Stage   At the start of the stage, the main question was:   Can we build a functional infrastructure that lets people use digital assets in their everyday lives?   Today, the core functionality of this infrastructure is already being validated by real-world usage.   Now, the questions are different:   – how many users will use WebWisePay regularly; – how transaction volumes will grow; – which acquisition channels work best; – how user retention takes shape; – what the economics look like for real payment use cases; – how to scale the product through corporate clients.   That's why the next stage won't just be about new features.   One of our immediate goals is to increase the number of issued virtual cards to 1,000 and stress-test the infrastructure under a significantly higher load. At the same time, the team will be testing corporate use cases, acquisition channels, and product economics.   On August 26, we'll share a separate update on the physical DigiU and WebWisePay cards, and on August 28, we'll publish the focus areas for the next stage along with a broader product vision.   💙 What This Means for Current Stage Participants   Back on April 16, the decision to participate was based primarily on the roadmap.   Today, the terms of the third stage are still in effect, but they're now backed by a working product, real cards and payments, repeat usage, and new scaling scenarios.   The current offering price for DigiU shares is $0.0036. As we move to the next stage, it will increase to $0.004.   On August 31, we'll take the final scheduled WebWisePaySnapshot of the current stage. When calculating the additional distribution of WebWisePay 1%, all Snapshots from the third stage and the actual DigiU shares purchased will be taken into account.   🔜 Increase your DigiU shares   Recommended reading   🔹 «WebWisePay 1% for Third-Round Participants»   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Fintech

💚 Eywa: Solution for DigiU Investment Pool Participants 750 participants across 49 countries who purchased Eywa tokens through investment pools in the DigiU Account for a total of $260,700 will receive additional DigiU shares (DigiU Units). The allocation will be calculated based on the initial Eywa token purchase amount at the current offering price of $0.0036 per share. We will distribute a total of approximately 72.4 million DigiU shares.   🔹 What You Need to Know   The allocation:   – is not compensation for investment losses or a refund; – is not an exchange of Eywa tokens for DigiU shares; – does not involve the transfer of any participant rights or claims against Eywa to DigiU; – does not mean that DigiU is assuming Eywa's obligations.   The shares are being allocated additionally as a separate ecosystem initiative.   For this purpose, no new DigiU shares will be issued. The distribution will come from a previously established reserve comprising gift and bonus shares, the rights to which were terminated during the legal reorganization in accordance with the previously published conditions and Offer Terms.   🔹 Why This Decision Was Made   Eywa holds a special place in DigiU's history.   The project originated within the DigiU Blockchain Lab, developed over nearly six years, graduated from the WebWise Capital accelerator, launched live products with a total transaction volume of around $5 billion, and secured investment from professional venture capital funds.   DigiU participants also directly funded the project's development through the ecosystem's investment pools.   DigiU has decided to further recognize their historical contribution through participation in the broader ecosystem.   This decision applies specifically to Eywa and does not automatically extend to other existing or future investment pools. Each such case is considered individually.   🔵 Ecosystem Recognizes Participant Contributions   DigiU is being built as a long-term partnership between the company and the global community.   As the ecosystem grows, we are exploring ways to factor in participants' internal ratings and their verified contributions, including retroactively – when the appropriate grounds and resources become available.   Eywa's legacy has also equipped DigiU and WebWise Capital with deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure, experience working with tech teams and international VC funds, valuable professional connections, and a deeper understanding of the tech market.   Today, this expertise and network are being leveraged in WebWise Capital's investment approach and the development of other ecosystem initiatives, including WebWisePay.   Within 5 business days, DigiU shares will be credited to the accounts of participants in the respective Eywa pools.   Recommended Reading   🔜 «Eywa: Why the Project Shut Down. 💎 OmyPayments + WebWisePay: One Client – Thousands of Users. Part 2   Yesterday, we showed how a single corporate client can bring hundreds or even thousands of users to WebWisePay and create a steady stream of transactions.   Today is the practical part: the kind of companies we're looking for and how DigiU participants can get involved in growing this business as affiliates.   Here are a few simple examples.   🇿🇦 Africa – Call Center   A South African company serves clients in the US and Europe, settling payments for 1,000 employees and contractors across multiple countries every month.   OmyPayments handles the corporate payment flow and mass payouts, while WebWisePay works directly with the end recipients.   🇻🇳 Vietnam – IT Company   The company receives payments from overseas clients and works with hundreds of developers, designers, and external specialists.   It needs cross-border payments and regular payouts to its team.   🇮🇳 India – Freelance Platform   The platform brings together several thousand developers, designers, consultants, and other specialists fulfilling orders for international clients.   It receives payments from clients and regularly distributes funds among a large number of contractors.   🌎 Latin America – Taxi, Delivery, or Marketplace   The platform works with thousands of drivers, couriers, or sellers and settles payments for them on a regular basis.   💎 CIS and Central Asia – International Digital Company   The company pays monthly rewards to thousands of marketers, developers, affiliates, and contractors from various countries.   The logic is the same in all these cases:   1 corporate client → hundreds or thousands of WebWisePay users, → wallets and cards, → regular inflows, → transfers and payments, → consistent transaction volume.   For WebWisePay, the value of such a client isn't just in the number of new users.   When a company makes regular payouts, funds flow into users' wallets over and over again. This creates a natural use case for reusing cards, internal transfers, and other financial services.   🤝 You Can Get Involved as an Affiliate   Take a look at your business network.   Do you know a business owner, executive, or CFO of a company with a similar challenge?   Make the introduction.   You don't need to sell a fintech product yourself or figure out the payment infrastructure. All you need to do is set up the initial contact – our team will take over the rest, handling product discussions, terms, and integration.   For Business Connectors, we're planning a separate compensation model:   🔹 $1,000 after the successful onboarding of the referred corporate client;   🔹 regular additional compensation from a share of the fees WebWisePay earns from this client.   This is a reward for real business results, not just for passing along a contact. We'll publish the exact launch criteria and terms for regular payouts separately.   ✉️ If you know a potential corporate client or are ready to set up a meeting   This is exactly how the international DigiU community can take part in growing the business: not just by pooling capital, but by leveraging entrepreneurial experience, local expertise, and business connections across different countries.   Once the current stage is complete, we'll take a closer look at OmyPayments as an investment opportunity – covering the product, clients, market, business model, SAFE terms, valuation, and risks – and we plan to open a separate investment pool for those who want to invest directly in the company.   Recommended Reading   🔜 Part 1: « OmyPayments + WebWisePay: Ecosystem Approach in Action» 🔜 «DigiU Participant Roles» 🌿 OmyPayments + WebWisePay Webinar   #DigiU #WebWisePay #OmyPayments

💼 OmyPayments + WebWisePay: Ecosystem Approach in Action. Part 1 Over the past few weeks, we've talked a lot about the DigiU ecosystem approach: you don't have to build every technology from scratch. If there's already a strong team on the market with a working product, an established client base, and the right infrastructure, it's sometimes more efficient to gain access to that company through an investment and leverage its capabilities to develop your own products. OmyPayments is a prime example of this logic. 💎 The Market Already Exists According to FXC Intelligence, the volume of cross-border B2B payments stood at around $31.6 trillion in 2024. At the same time, business settlements in stablecoins are growing rapidly. According to Artemis, in February 2025, B2B stablecoin payments reached an annualized rate of around $36 billion – a year-over-year increase of over 300%. BVNK, Nium, dLocal, and other international fintech companies are already operating in this market – so we don't need to prove that it exists. The goal of OmyPayments + WebWisePay + the international DigiU community is to build a competitive solution and capture our share of the market. 🔹 What We Already Have OmyPayments is a fully operational B2B product with active clients. The platform handles invoicing, stablecoin settlements, and mass payouts. WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments, securing the investment terms and strategic agreements. However, the value of this deal for the ecosystem goes beyond just the potential appreciation of the investment asset. Under the agreement, WebWisePay receives: – a white-label OmyPayments solution, no setup fee; – the ability to use the infrastructure at cost, without having to build a similar tech stack from scratch; – access, via OmyPayments, to the regulated infrastructure of its fintech partners, including the European regulatory framework with the relevant MiCA/CASP licenses. This allows us to develop new B2B features under the WebWisePay brand, using select technological and regulated components from OmyPayments and its partners «under the hood». 🚀 What This Means for WebWisePay Today, WebWisePay mostly acquires users directly – one by one. Working with corporate clients changes the math. Imagine a company that settles payments with 1,000 employees, contractors, or agents every month. Onboarding just one such business could instantly bring WebWisePay hundreds or thousands of wallet and card users – and, more importantly, a steady stream of payments. In fintech, this model is called B2B2C – Business-to-Business-to-Consumer: you first onboard a corporate client, and through them, the product reaches a large number of end users. 1 corporate client → hundreds or thousands of users, → wallets and cards, → regular inflows, → transfers and payments, → consistent transaction volume. This is exactly the model we'll be testing through the OmyPayments and WebWisePay integration. Infrastructure alone doesn't guarantee a successful business – real demand, fees, and unit economics need to be validated by actual clients and transactions. Integrating OmyPayments into WebWisePay and running a pilot with the first 3-5 corporate clients is one of the key objectives for the next funding round. This is where the ecosystem approach truly shines: WebWise Capital finds and structures the investment opportunity. OmyPayments provides access to ready-made infrastructure. WebWisePay leverages it to develop the product under its own brand. The international DigiU community helps find clients and partners, and open up new markets. Tomorrow, we'll showcase five specific types of companies from Africa, Vietnam, India, Latin America, and the CIS that need this kind of infrastructure, and explain how DigiU members can become partners in growing this business in their own markets. August 31 – Final Scheduled WebWisePay Snapshot for Stage 3   The third stage of DigiU funding started on April 16, 2026. Its main product priority has been the development of WebWisePay.   Over this period, several Snapshots have taken place, recording investor participation in the product's funding.   The current plan schedules the stage to wrap up at the end of August, with the final scheduled WebWisePay Snapshot of this stage taking place on August 31.   We previously mentioned that Snapshots could be used for additional forms of participation in WebWisePay. Now, we're ready to reveal the first specific mechanism.   1% of WebWisePay – for third-stage participants   At the end of the stage, 1% of WebWisePay will be allocated to a separate pool for participants who helped fund the product's development.   The calculation will take into account all WebWisePay Snapshots from the third stage – from April 16 to August 31.   Only actually purchased and credited DigiU shares (DigiU Units) are counted. This means that both the number of shares and the duration of their participation in the Snapshots matter.   The following multipliers will be applied to calculate the final weight:   🔹 x1 – for actually purchased shares under active installment plans; 🔹 x1.5 – for shares from installment plans fully paid off by the end of the stage; 🔹 x2 – for shares from packages paid in full upfront.   Fully paid packages receive a higher weight: a single upfront payment injects the entire funding amount into the ecosystem's development right away, while paying off an installment plan in full means all commitments have been completely met.   That said, active installment plans also count – all actually paid and credited shares are included in the calculation.   💎 DigiU shares and additional participation in WebWisePay   By purchasing DigiU shares, participants become co-owners of the entire ecosystem, which includes WebWisePay.   The 1% of WebWisePay is an additional pool for those directly helping to develop the current stage's key product.   And funding is just one of the ways to get involved.   Users test WebWisePay and provide feedback. Affiliates bring in new users. Entrepreneurs can attract corporate clients. Experts can help with local markets, technologies, and partnerships.   Once the stage is complete, we'll announce additional WebWisePay participation mechanisms. These will take into account not only future activity but also the proven contributions participants are making right now.   The principle is simple: you don't have to wait for a formal program to be launched to help the product. If your activity creates measurable value for WebWisePay, it can be retroactively counted in future mechanisms.   🚀 You can still increase your participation before August 31   Before the next Snapshot, you can:   🔹 buy a new DigiU share package or upgrade your existing one; 🔹 set up an installment plan and lock in the current stage's terms; 🔹 make a regular or early payment; 🔹 pay off your installment plan in full to receive the remaining 70% of shares and the package bonuses.   The current offering price of DigiU shares is $0.0036. Upon transitioning to the fourth stage, it will increase to $0.004.   If you are new to DigiU, we recommend first watching the 25-minute introductory webinar, reviewing the current Offer Terms, and understanding the risks associated with participation.   🔜 Increase your DigiU shares 🌿 DigiU introductory webinar   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Snapshot

DigiU Participant Roles   When we talk about the ecosystem, it's important to understand that capital is just one of the resources its participants can bring to the table.   In DigiU, a single person can take on multiple roles.   🔹Investor – participate in the growth of the entire ecosystem through DigiU shares by pooling capital with other investors, or choose specific investment opportunities.   🔹User – use WebWisePay, DigiU Deposits, educational programs, and other products, driving real demand and providing valuable feedback.   🔹Affiliate / Representative – invite new participants and product users, helping the international community grow.   🔹Expert or Business Connector – connect the ecosystem with companies, clients, technologies, and partners, while sharing market insights and professional contacts.   There's also another opportunity that not everyone knows about.   🎁 You Can Gift DigiU Shares   Introducing someone to the ecosystem doesn't have to start with just a link or a presentation.   A DigiU participant can gift welcome shares to someone, giving them the chance to explore DigiU as an actual participant of the ecosystem.   Plus, you don't have to explain the entire DigiU model to them in detail yourself. 🔜 How to gift 250 shares   Starting next week, right after signing up, new participants will see a welcome message from the DigiU CEO and an invitation to watch an introductory webinar.   From there, they can explore the DigiU vision, the ecosystem approach, products, investment model, and risks on their own – and decide for themselves if they want to get further involved.   This is a crucial principle.   The community's goal isn't to make decisions for others, but to grant them access and let them figure things out for themselves.   That's exactly why the international DigiU community is more than just a source of capital.   It's about users, knowledge, connections, partnerships, expertise, distribution, and the ability to bring new people and companies into the ecosystem.   The more participants actively use these opportunities, the stronger the network effect becomes: one participant invites a new person, a user helps improve a product, an entrepreneur brings in a corporate client, and an expert opens up a new market.   In upcoming posts, we'll share a specific example of how several of these roles can work together on a single deal, creating value for DigiU, the company involved, and the community.   #DigiU
