💵 Why get a physical card in a world of Apple Pay and Google Pay?   Because payment infrastructure varies wildly from country to country, and a physical card still solves problems that a smartphone can't always handle.   In some places, mobile payments work without restrictions. In others, adding a foreign virtual card to your phone is a hassle. Some people just need an ATM. And for many, a physical card remains the most familiar way to pay.   The WebWisePay team is currently placing its first order to produce physical Visa cards under two brands – DigiU and WebWisePay.   A few months ago, physical cards were just a line item on the roadmap. Now, we're turning that plan into reality.   They'll complement our existing virtual cards: you'll be able to pay without a smartphone, use the card where mobile payment services are restricted, and withdraw cash from ATMs. We'll specifically test ATM functionality with the first batch of cards across different countries.   National representatives and local DigiU affiliates will be the first to get the chance to order physical cards.   For us, this is a logical first step. They know their markets inside out and can test the entire user journey in real-world conditions: from receiving and activating the card to making payments, using ATMs, and navigating the quirks of local payment infrastructure.   This way, WebWisePay can gather hands-on experience from multiple countries well before a wider launch.   Meanwhile, national representatives and affiliates will be the first to experience this journey alongside the product, helping shape its future development in their respective markets.   In September, we plan to open physical card pre-orders to the remaining participants in the ecosystem.   If you know your market well, work with clients, entrepreneurs, or communities, and see opportunities for WebWisePay in your country – reach out to us.   We'll discuss the possibility of getting you a card in the first batch and explore potential local partnership formats.   WebWisePay is gradually adding new ways to access and use funds – not based on some vision of an «ideal digital world», but on how people actually pay in different countries.   Before the end of August, we'll publish the roadmap for the next stage of WebWisePay and outline where the product is headed next.   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Fintech

💼 WebWisePay: Third Funding Round Results   The third funding round for DigiU kicked off on April 16, 2026. Its primary product priority has been the development of WebWisePay.   The goal of this stage is clear – build a core payment infrastructure, deploy it in a live environment, and shift from developing standalone features to real-world user testing.   Today, we have achieved a significant portion of this goal.   🔹 What's Already Live   ✔️ WebWisePay crypto wallet; ✔️ Telegram and Android apps; ✔️ new virtual Visa cards; ✔️ Gasless Mode; ✔️ Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported; ✔️ in-wallet cross-chain swaps; ✔️ internal transfers between users and cards; ✔️ referral program.   But for us, what matters most isn't the number of features we've launched, but how the product performs post-launch.   📊 Initial Results   The WebWisePay wallet user base has reached around 48,000 people.   We've issued the first 100 new Visa cards.   These cards are already in use across multiple countries, processing real payments, and, most importantly, users are topping them up again after their first transactions.   At the current volume, the cards are running stably with virtually no issues across different regions.   A single successful top-up or transaction proves the technology works.   Repeat top-ups show that a genuine pattern of regular product usage is emerging.   🔹 New Scaling Scenarios   Over the course of this stage, we've also gained a clearer vision of how WebWisePay can scale moving forward.   WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments. This agreement gives WebWisePay access to OmyPayments' white-label and payment infrastructure, opening up corporate use cases for the product.   A single corporate client can bring hundreds or even thousands of wallet and card users to WebWisePay all at once, generating a steady flow of payment transactions.   Integrating OmyPayments and running initial pilots with corporate clients will be one of the key objectives for the next stage.   🔹 What Changed During the Third Stage   At the start of the stage, the main question was:   Can we build a functional infrastructure that lets people use digital assets in their everyday lives?   Today, the core functionality of this infrastructure is already being validated by real-world usage.   Now, the questions are different:   – how many users will use WebWisePay regularly; – how transaction volumes will grow; – which acquisition channels work best; – how user retention takes shape; – what the economics look like for real payment use cases; – how to scale the product through corporate clients.   That's why the next stage won't just be about new features.   One of our immediate goals is to increase the number of issued virtual cards to 1,000 and stress-test the infrastructure under a significantly higher load. At the same time, the team will be testing corporate use cases, acquisition channels, and product economics.   On August 26, we'll share a separate update on the physical DigiU and WebWisePay cards, and on August 28, we'll publish the focus areas for the next stage along with a broader product vision.   💙 What This Means for Current Stage Participants   Back on April 16, the decision to participate was based primarily on the roadmap.   Today, the terms of the third stage are still in effect, but they're now backed by a working product, real cards and payments, repeat usage, and new scaling scenarios.   The current offering price for DigiU shares is $0.0036. As we move to the next stage, it will increase to $0.004.   On August 31, we'll take the final scheduled WebWisePaySnapshot of the current stage. When calculating the additional distribution of WebWisePay 1%, all Snapshots from the third stage and the actual DigiU shares purchased will be taken into account.   🔜 Increase your DigiU shares   Recommended reading   🔹 «WebWisePay 1% for Third-Round Participants»   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Fintech

💚 Eywa: Solution for DigiU Investment Pool Participants 750 participants across 49 countries who purchased Eywa tokens through investment pools in the DigiU Account for a total of $260,700 will receive additional DigiU shares (DigiU Units). The allocation will be calculated based on the initial Eywa token purchase amount at the current offering price of $0.0036 per share. We will distribute a total of approximately 72.4 million DigiU shares.   🔹 What You Need to Know   The allocation:   – is not compensation for investment losses or a refund; – is not an exchange of Eywa tokens for DigiU shares; – does not involve the transfer of any participant rights or claims against Eywa to DigiU; – does not mean that DigiU is assuming Eywa's obligations.   The shares are being allocated additionally as a separate ecosystem initiative.   For this purpose, no new DigiU shares will be issued. The distribution will come from a previously established reserve comprising gift and bonus shares, the rights to which were terminated during the legal reorganization in accordance with the previously published conditions and Offer Terms.   🔹 Why This Decision Was Made   Eywa holds a special place in DigiU's history.   The project originated within the DigiU Blockchain Lab, developed over nearly six years, graduated from the WebWise Capital accelerator, launched live products with a total transaction volume of around $5 billion, and secured investment from professional venture capital funds.   DigiU participants also directly funded the project's development through the ecosystem's investment pools.   DigiU has decided to further recognize their historical contribution through participation in the broader ecosystem.   This decision applies specifically to Eywa and does not automatically extend to other existing or future investment pools. Each such case is considered individually.   🔵 Ecosystem Recognizes Participant Contributions   DigiU is being built as a long-term partnership between the company and the global community.   As the ecosystem grows, we are exploring ways to factor in participants' internal ratings and their verified contributions, including retroactively – when the appropriate grounds and resources become available.   Eywa's legacy has also equipped DigiU and WebWise Capital with deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure, experience working with tech teams and international VC funds, valuable professional connections, and a deeper understanding of the tech market.   Today, this expertise and network are being leveraged in WebWise Capital's investment approach and the development of other ecosystem initiatives, including WebWisePay.   Within 5 business days, DigiU shares will be credited to the accounts of participants in the respective Eywa pools.   Recommended Reading   🔜 «Eywa: Why the Project Shut Down. 💎 OmyPayments + WebWisePay: One Client – Thousands of Users. Part 2   Yesterday, we showed how a single corporate client can bring hundreds or even thousands of users to WebWisePay and create a steady stream of transactions.   Today is the practical part: the kind of companies we're looking for and how DigiU participants can get involved in growing this business as affiliates.   Here are a few simple examples.   🇿🇦 Africa – Call Center   A South African company serves clients in the US and Europe, settling payments for 1,000 employees and contractors across multiple countries every month.   OmyPayments handles the corporate payment flow and mass payouts, while WebWisePay works directly with the end recipients.   🇻🇳 Vietnam – IT Company   The company receives payments from overseas clients and works with hundreds of developers, designers, and external specialists.   It needs cross-border payments and regular payouts to its team.   🇮🇳 India – Freelance Platform   The platform brings together several thousand developers, designers, consultants, and other specialists fulfilling orders for international clients.   It receives payments from clients and regularly distributes funds among a large number of contractors.   🌎 Latin America – Taxi, Delivery, or Marketplace   The platform works with thousands of drivers, couriers, or sellers and settles payments for them on a regular basis.   💎 CIS and Central Asia – International Digital Company   The company pays monthly rewards to thousands of marketers, developers, affiliates, and contractors from various countries.   The logic is the same in all these cases:   1 corporate client → hundreds or thousands of WebWisePay users, → wallets and cards, → regular inflows, → transfers and payments, → consistent transaction volume.   For WebWisePay, the value of such a client isn't just in the number of new users.   When a company makes regular payouts, funds flow into users' wallets over and over again. This creates a natural use case for reusing cards, internal transfers, and other financial services.   🤝 You Can Get Involved as an Affiliate   Take a look at your business network.   Do you know a business owner, executive, or CFO of a company with a similar challenge?   Make the introduction.   You don't need to sell a fintech product yourself or figure out the payment infrastructure. All you need to do is set up the initial contact – our team will take over the rest, handling product discussions, terms, and integration.   For Business Connectors, we're planning a separate compensation model:   🔹 $1,000 after the successful onboarding of the referred corporate client;   🔹 regular additional compensation from a share of the fees WebWisePay earns from this client.   This is a reward for real business results, not just for passing along a contact. We'll publish the exact launch criteria and terms for regular payouts separately.   ✉️ If you know a potential corporate client or are ready to set up a meeting   This is exactly how the international DigiU community can take part in growing the business: not just by pooling capital, but by leveraging entrepreneurial experience, local expertise, and business connections across different countries.   Once the current stage is complete, we'll take a closer look at OmyPayments as an investment opportunity – covering the product, clients, market, business model, SAFE terms, valuation, and risks – and we plan to open a separate investment pool for those who want to invest directly in the company.   Recommended Reading   🔜 Part 1: « OmyPayments + WebWisePay: Ecosystem Approach in Action» 🔜 «DigiU Participant Roles» 🌿 OmyPayments + WebWisePay Webinar   #DigiU #WebWisePay #OmyPayments

💼 OmyPayments + WebWisePay: Ecosystem Approach in Action. Part 1 Over the past few weeks, we've talked a lot about the DigiU ecosystem approach: you don't have to build every technology from scratch. If there's already a strong team on the market with a working product, an established client base, and the right infrastructure, it's sometimes more efficient to gain access to that company through an investment and leverage its capabilities to develop your own products. OmyPayments is a prime example of this logic. 💎 The Market Already Exists According to FXC Intelligence, the volume of cross-border B2B payments stood at around $31.6 trillion in 2024. At the same time, business settlements in stablecoins are growing rapidly. According to Artemis, in February 2025, B2B stablecoin payments reached an annualized rate of around $36 billion – a year-over-year increase of over 300%. BVNK, Nium, dLocal, and other international fintech companies are already operating in this market – so we don't need to prove that it exists. The goal of OmyPayments + WebWisePay + the international DigiU community is to build a competitive solution and capture our share of the market. 🔹 What We Already Have OmyPayments is a fully operational B2B product with active clients. The platform handles invoicing, stablecoin settlements, and mass payouts. WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments, securing the investment terms and strategic agreements. However, the value of this deal for the ecosystem goes beyond just the potential appreciation of the investment asset. Under the agreement, WebWisePay receives: – a white-label OmyPayments solution, no setup fee; – the ability to use the infrastructure at cost, without having to build a similar tech stack from scratch; – access, via OmyPayments, to the regulated infrastructure of its fintech partners, including the European regulatory framework with the relevant MiCA/CASP licenses. This allows us to develop new B2B features under the WebWisePay brand, using select technological and regulated components from OmyPayments and its partners «under the hood». 🚀 What This Means for WebWisePay Today, WebWisePay mostly acquires users directly – one by one. Working with corporate clients changes the math. Imagine a company that settles payments with 1,000 employees, contractors, or agents every month. Onboarding just one such business could instantly bring WebWisePay hundreds or thousands of wallet and card users – and, more importantly, a steady stream of payments. In fintech, this model is called B2B2C – Business-to-Business-to-Consumer: you first onboard a corporate client, and through them, the product reaches a large number of end users. 1 corporate client → hundreds or thousands of users, → wallets and cards, → regular inflows, → transfers and payments, → consistent transaction volume. This is exactly the model we'll be testing through the OmyPayments and WebWisePay integration. Infrastructure alone doesn't guarantee a successful business – real demand, fees, and unit economics need to be validated by actual clients and transactions. Integrating OmyPayments into WebWisePay and running a pilot with the first 3-5 corporate clients is one of the key objectives for the next funding round. This is where the ecosystem approach truly shines: WebWise Capital finds and structures the investment opportunity. OmyPayments provides access to ready-made infrastructure. WebWisePay leverages it to develop the product under its own brand. The international DigiU community helps find clients and partners, and open up new markets. Tomorrow, we'll showcase five specific types of companies from Africa, Vietnam, India, Latin America, and the CIS that need this kind of infrastructure, and explain how DigiU members can become partners in growing this business in their own markets. August 31 – Final Scheduled WebWisePay Snapshot for Stage 3   The third stage of DigiU funding started on April 16, 2026. Its main product priority has been the development of WebWisePay.   Over this period, several Snapshots have taken place, recording investor participation in the product's funding.   The current plan schedules the stage to wrap up at the end of August, with the final scheduled WebWisePay Snapshot of this stage taking place on August 31.   We previously mentioned that Snapshots could be used for additional forms of participation in WebWisePay. Now, we're ready to reveal the first specific mechanism.   1% of WebWisePay – for third-stage participants   At the end of the stage, 1% of WebWisePay will be allocated to a separate pool for participants who helped fund the product's development.   The calculation will take into account all WebWisePay Snapshots from the third stage – from April 16 to August 31.   Only actually purchased and credited DigiU shares (DigiU Units) are counted. This means that both the number of shares and the duration of their participation in the Snapshots matter.   The following multipliers will be applied to calculate the final weight:   🔹 x1 – for actually purchased shares under active installment plans; 🔹 x1.5 – for shares from installment plans fully paid off by the end of the stage; 🔹 x2 – for shares from packages paid in full upfront.   Fully paid packages receive a higher weight: a single upfront payment injects the entire funding amount into the ecosystem's development right away, while paying off an installment plan in full means all commitments have been completely met.   That said, active installment plans also count – all actually paid and credited shares are included in the calculation.   💎 DigiU shares and additional participation in WebWisePay   By purchasing DigiU shares, participants become co-owners of the entire ecosystem, which includes WebWisePay.   The 1% of WebWisePay is an additional pool for those directly helping to develop the current stage's key product.   And funding is just one of the ways to get involved.   Users test WebWisePay and provide feedback. Affiliates bring in new users. Entrepreneurs can attract corporate clients. Experts can help with local markets, technologies, and partnerships.   Once the stage is complete, we'll announce additional WebWisePay participation mechanisms. These will take into account not only future activity but also the proven contributions participants are making right now.   The principle is simple: you don't have to wait for a formal program to be launched to help the product. If your activity creates measurable value for WebWisePay, it can be retroactively counted in future mechanisms.   🚀 You can still increase your participation before August 31   Before the next Snapshot, you can:   🔹 buy a new DigiU share package or upgrade your existing one; 🔹 set up an installment plan and lock in the current stage's terms; 🔹 make a regular or early payment; 🔹 pay off your installment plan in full to receive the remaining 70% of shares and the package bonuses.   The current offering price of DigiU shares is $0.0036. Upon transitioning to the fourth stage, it will increase to $0.004.   If you are new to DigiU, we recommend first watching the 25-minute introductory webinar, reviewing the current Offer Terms, and understanding the risks associated with participation.   🔜 Increase your DigiU shares 🌿 DigiU introductory webinar   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Snapshot

DigiU Participant Roles   When we talk about the ecosystem, it's important to understand that capital is just one of the resources its participants can bring to the table.   In DigiU, a single person can take on multiple roles.   🔹Investor – participate in the growth of the entire ecosystem through DigiU shares by pooling capital with other investors, or choose specific investment opportunities.   🔹User – use WebWisePay, DigiU Deposits, educational programs, and other products, driving real demand and providing valuable feedback.   🔹Affiliate / Representative – invite new participants and product users, helping the international community grow.   🔹Expert or Business Connector – connect the ecosystem with companies, clients, technologies, and partners, while sharing market insights and professional contacts.   There's also another opportunity that not everyone knows about.   🎁 You Can Gift DigiU Shares   Introducing someone to the ecosystem doesn't have to start with just a link or a presentation.   A DigiU participant can gift welcome shares to someone, giving them the chance to explore DigiU as an actual participant of the ecosystem.   Plus, you don't have to explain the entire DigiU model to them in detail yourself. 🔜 How to gift 250 shares   Starting next week, right after signing up, new participants will see a welcome message from the DigiU CEO and an invitation to watch an introductory webinar.   From there, they can explore the DigiU vision, the ecosystem approach, products, investment model, and risks on their own – and decide for themselves if they want to get further involved.   This is a crucial principle.   The community's goal isn't to make decisions for others, but to grant them access and let them figure things out for themselves.   That's exactly why the international DigiU community is more than just a source of capital.   It's about users, knowledge, connections, partnerships, expertise, distribution, and the ability to bring new people and companies into the ecosystem.   The more participants actively use these opportunities, the stronger the network effect becomes: one participant invites a new person, a user helps improve a product, an entrepreneur brings in a corporate client, and an expert opens up a new market.   In upcoming posts, we'll share a specific example of how several of these roles can work together on a single deal, creating value for DigiU, the company involved, and the community.   #DigiU

When Technology Is No Longer a Competitive Advantage   Tech markets often follow the same recurring cycle.   Initially, a new technology is complex, available to only a few, and provides a significant advantage all on its own.   Then, knowledge spreads, off-the-shelf infrastructure emerges, development costs drop, and the number of competitors grows.   What was an innovation yesterday gradually turns into a commodity – a feature readily available to the market.   This process is called commoditization.   We've already seen this in the blockchain industry. Creating a token, a wallet, an exchange, or a standalone DeFi service is much easier today than it was a few years ago. Features are copied, fees are dropping, and some services are becoming practically free.   Now, a similar process is happening very rapidly in AI: off-the-shelf models, APIs, and infrastructure are drastically lowering the barrier to entry for creating new products.   This is where a major shift occurs.   Value is increasingly shifting from the technology itself to the ability to build a sustainable business around it and defend your market position.   So the question:   «Can we build this?»   becomes just the first.   Beyond that, the business must continually ask much tougher questions:   – what real problem the product solves; – whether there's real paying demand; – why users choose it specifically; – how much it costs to acquire and retain a customer; – how unit economics are evolving; – which distribution channels are working; – what will remain a competitive advantage once others can replicate any single feature.   Early on, it's impossible to have definitive answers to some of these questions.   What matters is something else – how quickly a company gets market feedback, spots changes, and adapts its product and business strategy.   This is where the line is drawn between technology, product, and business.   Technology can be built. A product must be used. A business must be able to create value and sustainable economics.   As technology becomes commoditized, the focus increasingly shifts to barriers to entry and defensive advantages – moats.   In the payments business, these can include licenses, card and banking infrastructure, compliance, liquidity, partnerships, distribution, a user base, and network effects.   In AI – proprietary data, integration into business processes, and access to customers.   For a marketplace – an established network of sellers and buyers.   This is exactly why DigiU is building an ecosystem model.   It allows us to combine capital, technology, users, global distribution, expertise, partnerships, and an investment portfolio.   The more complex the combination of these resources, the higher the barrier to simple replication.   WebWisePay is a perfect example of this logic.   A crypto wallet or virtual card on its own is no longer a unique competitive advantage.   WebWisePay's objective is much more complex – to gradually build a cross-border payment infrastructure that brings together cards, crypto assets, mobile money, fiat currencies, QR payments, users across different countries, compliance, liquidity, affiliate integrations, and B2B use cases. Blockchain and AI technologies aren't businesses in their own right; they're used as tools within the product.   Some of these elements are already up and running, while others are in later stages of development. The product itself must continually test demand, economics, and scaling scenarios in the real market – and pivot its strategy when necessary.   It's exactly at this systemic level that a more sustainable competitive advantage is increasingly built – not in a single feature, but in a combination of resources that's much harder to replicate as a whole.   That's why the DigiU ecosystem approach isn't just about having a few different products.   It's an opportunity to bring together capital, expertise, technology, and a global community to take on more complex projects with a higher barrier to entry.

DigiU in 25 Minutes   Last week, we planned to release a new introductory webinar about DigiU, but had to postpone it due to technical issues.   It's now available.   This webinar is primarily designed for new participants – those who are just getting to know DigiU and want to understand not just a single product or investment opportunity, but the logic behind the entire ecosystem.   It's impossible to cover nearly seven years of DigiU'sdevelopment in detail in just 25 minutes – all the products, the investment portfolio, the legal and financial structures, and the reasoning behind every single decision.   That's why this webinar has a different goal:   to give you a foundational overview of how DigiU works.   We cover:   – how we see technology evolving and the role of people and companies in the new tech economy; – why DigiU was built as an ecosystem from the very beginning, rather than around a single product; – the role of our portfolio approach and the international community; – how our core products, investments, partnerships, and other initiatives are interconnected; – how participating in DigiU differs from investing in a single project; – where risks come into play and why the success of any single tech project can't be guaranteed.   We believe it's crucial that participants grasp these principles right from the start.   Your understanding of DigiU shouldn't be based on just one product, a single investment story, or a specific period in the company's development. In our ecosystem, different projects and tools serve different purposes and carry different risk profiles.   While the webinar is aimed at newcomers, we also recommend it to those who've been with DigiU for a while.   Over the past few years, new products, tools, and approaches have emerged, and sometimes it’s useful to see how they all fit together again – from the big-picture vision down to the logic behind individual decisions.   🌿 Introductory DigiU webinar – about 25 minutes   This is just the first level of introduction.   Later, we'll release an extended version running roughly 2-3 hours, where we'll dive much deeper into DigiU'shistory, the ecosystem's focus areas, the investment model, specific solutions, value creation mechanisms, and risks.   25 minutes – not to cover every detail of DigiU, but to understand the system that ties it all together.   #DigiU

WebWisePay: Use Crypto Just Like Regular Money   WebWisePay has launched internal transfers.   Now you can:   – transfer funds between your WebWisePay cards; – send them to other users; – receive transfers and use the funds for everyday payments with your card.   During the initial stage, internal transfers are fee-free.   You could always send crypto directly to another wallet. But then the recipient often faces a more complicated task: using an exchange, P2P platform, or swap service to turn it into money for everyday purchases.   WebWisePay streamlines this process.   For example, you can send funds to a relative, friend, or partner in another country, and they can use their WebWisePay card to pay for goods and services.   This is one of the core ideas behind WebWisePay: making crypto as easy to use as regular money.   The Network Effect   This new feature puts another important principle into practice.   A network effect occurs when a product's value increases for every user as the network grows.   The more people use WebWisePay, the more likely it is that your friends, family, colleagues, partners, or clients are already part of the system – opening up even more use cases for internal transfers.   Every new active user potentially makes WebWisePaymore useful for everyone else.   Meanwhile, funds can move between users and then be used for everyday payments, all while staying within the WebWisePay payment infrastructure.   This is how we're gradually building not just a set of features, but a payment network.   Internal transfers – another completed milestone on the current WebWisePay roadmap.   💬 How else can you use internal transfers?   Share your ideas in the comments – real-world user scenarios help our team decide on the next steps for product development.   #DigiU #WebWisePay

Eywa: Lessons from Single Product for DigiU. Part 2 We usually try to discuss DigiU's strategy in the simplest terms possible. But the story of Eywa gives us a reason to dig a little deeper and introduce a few concepts we use internally. Economists John Kay and Mervyn King, former Governor of the Bank of England, use the concept of radical uncertainty. This describes a situation where we don't just lack knowledge about what will happen – we can't even map out all the possible scenarios and their probabilities in advance. This is precisely the environment in which the tech market evolves. A few years ago, it was impossible to know for sure which blockchain solutions would become the standard, which business models would maintain their margins, and which features would become cheap or free. Today, the same thing is happening with AI, fintech, and other rapidly evolving technologies. Radical uncertainty doesn't remove the responsibility for decision-making. On the contrary – it raises the bar for the system in which those decisions are made. DigiU's goal isn't to learn how to predict the future flawlessly. The goal is to build a model that is resilient to the failure of individual hypotheses and capable of evolving even when some of the initial assumptions turn out to be wrong. To achieve this, we combine three principles. 1. The Portfolio Approach The future of the entire ecosystem shouldn't depend on a single company or a single tech bet. Some projects fail to deliver the expected results. Others may generate the vast majority of the portfolio's value. That's why it's crucial to allocate capital across different areas and reassess everything with each new round. 2. The Ecosystem Approach From the very beginning, DigiU wasn't built around a single product. An ecosystem doesn't have to guess the single right way to access a new technology in advance. We can build a product in-house, invest in an external team, work with professional funds, forge partnerships, acquire a ready-made solution, or integrate it into our existing infrastructure. As technology cycles get shorter and shorter, this kind of flexibility becomes especially important. 3. The Network Effect of a Global Community In tech development, the network effect is best explained with a simple example: if you're the only person using a phone or a social network, it holds absolutely no value. But as more users join, the system becomes increasingly valuable for everyone in the network. DigiU applies this approach to growing its ecosystem. The community brings more than just capital to the ecosystem. It provides early adopters and testing grounds, local expertise, entrepreneurial connections, partners, corporate clients, and distribution channels. As the community grows, elements of the network effect start to emerge: every new active participant potentially increases the number of connections, competencies, and opportunities within the ecosystem. So what does Eywa represent in this framework? Eywa was unable to turn a strong technology into a sustainable business. We broke that down in detail in part one. But six years of work also gave DigiU deep experience in blockchain infrastructure, the global venture capital market, and working with tech founders and professional funds. Some of these relationships and competencies are now being applied to other areas. That doesn't turn a poor investment outcome into a successful one. Experience is only valuable when it changes future decisions. DigiU CEO: «Our goal isn't to build a system that never makes mistakes. Under conditions of radical uncertainty, that's impossible. Our goal is to build an ecosystem where a single mistake doesn't dictate the fate of the entire system, and where knowledge, connections, technologies, and successful solutions accumulate and reinforce each other.» That's exactly why the portfolio approach, the ecosystem, and the global community aren't three separate ideas for DigiU.

Eywa: Why the Project Shut Down. Part 1 Yesterday, the Eywa/CrossCurve team announced that development of the project is coming to an end. Eywa started its journey at DigiU Blockchain Lab before spinning off into an independent project with its own team, product strategy, funding, and investors. The project went through the WebWise Capital accelerator. WebWise Capital also helped the team break into the professional venture capital market and raise funding from dozens of external funds. DigiU community members also invested in Eywa through dedicated investment pools. The project was in development for nearly six years. Over that time, the team built working technology, launched products, pivoted strategies in search of monetization, raised capital, and tested various hypotheses. Eywa has won numerous international hackathons and startup competitions. There's one more important fact. The tokens belonging to the founders of Eywa and DigiU, as well as several major investors and funds, were locked in the DAO for the maximum possible duration. This meant that key participants tied their own financial outcomes to the project's long-term development and accepted the risk of its potential failure. This doesn't make the investment a success or erase the losses of other participants. But it's important for understanding the structure of involvement and the economic incentives of the key stakeholders. Why Didn't the Business Model Work Out? Over the course of six years, the market itself changed dramatically. The cross-chain space evolved from a relatively new technological niche into a highly competitive environment. A multitude of solutions emerged, and some of the top players secured hundreds of millions of dollars in funding, along with substantial liquidity, integrations, and major partnerships. Meanwhile, many features that could have supported standalone monetization just a few years ago became increasingly cheaper, with some becoming practically free. The Eywa team changed its product strategy several times, tested monetization models, explored new revenue streams, cut costs, and raised additional funding. Eywa CEO: «Over the past few years, we've tried everything to keep CrossCurve running: we changed our product strategy and business models, explored new revenue streams, cut costs, and raised additional funding. We looked at various scenarios and tried to find a model that would allow the project to operate sustainably.» But at a certain point, the question was no longer whether we could raise more money. The real question was: Is there a realistic scenario in which the next round of funding could actually lead the company to a sustainable business model? «If we could see even one realistic scenario today where additional investment could change CrossCurve's economics, we'd keep going. But after years of searching for such a scenario, we just don't have one. Continuing to raise capital just to keep the project alive would be the wrong decision.» Years of work, capital, and high expectations were invested in Eywa. But the volume of resources already invested can't justify further investment if there's no longer a compelling case for a sustainable business. Strong technology didn't translate into a sustainable business. That's exactly the outcome we believe we need to acknowledge. In Part 2 – we'll discuss what Eywa's story means for DigiU, the lessons learned over the years, and how our approach to future product and investment decisions has evolved.

Eywa: Project Shutting Down. DigiU's Position   Today, the Eywa/CrossCurve team announced that they are stopping development of the project.   Eywa started its journey at DigiU Blockchain Lab and became a key part of the ecosystem's history. The project was backed by a dedicated team, secured funding, and went through acceleration with WebWise Capital. It also attracted investment from professional VC funds and DigiU community members through dedicated investment pools.   A lot was riding on this project, and both the team and many investors had high expectations for it.   Ultimately, the project couldn't find a sustainable business model and fell short of the commercial results the DigiU team, the Eywa team, and investors were hoping for.   We understand this is disappointing news for many participants. We were hoping for a different outcome too, and we believe it would be wrong to stay silent or try to spin the situation.   🔜 Official statement from the Eywa team   For any questions directly related to the EYWA token, exchanges, project products, and next steps for users, we recommend reaching out to Eywa's official channels. The project team has the most up-to-date information and will be posting further instructions.   For our part, DigiU will be publishing a separate piece on Eywa's role in the ecosystem's history, the project's outcomes, and the lessons we've learned along the way.   We'll be publishing a dedicated article on this tomorrow.   Eywa will remain a part of DigiU's history – with its technology, achievements, expectations, and ultimate outcome.   It's important to honestly assess this experience, learn our lessons, and move forward.

💼 DigiU Shares, DigiU Deposits, and Separate Investment Pools: What Is the Difference?   DigiU offers several ways to put your capital to work. Each option serves a different purpose, comes with its own terms, and carries a distinct risk profile.   The primary way to participate in the ecosystem itself is by holding DigiU shares.   1. DigiU shares – participating in the growth of the entire ecosystem   DigiU shares, shown as DigiU Units in the new accounting system, tie your participation directly to the overall growth of the ecosystem.   This encompasses DigiU's proprietary products, including WebWisePay and DigiU Deposits, the WebWise Capital investment portfolio, infrastructure, educational projects, global partnerships, acquired assets, and future development areas.   The financial returns for shareholders can come from the growth in the ecosystem's overall value and its assets, profit distributions, and other mechanisms outlined in the participation terms.   In the future, we may also explore buybacks, converting shares into participation in specific successful projects, and other options.   Specific rights and participation terms are defined by the current Offer Terms in your Account.   2. DigiU Deposits – a standalone financial product   DigiU Deposits has been operating since 2020.   You deposit digital assets for a selected term and earn a yield in line with the product's terms.   This isn't trading, and the product isn't tied to market price fluctuations. Instead, it generates yields using DeFi, arbitrage, and other liquidity management strategies.   Right now, yields start at 10% annually and vary based on the selected term and deposit conditions.   This is neither a purchase of DigiU shares nor an investment in a standalone company.   🔜 More on DigiU Deposits   3. Standalone investment pools – investing in a specific company or project   From time to time, DigiU may open up investment opportunities in specific companies and projects to the community.   When doing this, DigiU analyzes the team, product, market, business model, legal structure, and deal terms. We also pool participants' capital to provide access to opportunities that are usually out of reach for individual retail investors.   However, DigiU's analysis doesn't guarantee success. Each participant must review the materials, assess the risks, and make their own investment decision.   Unlike DigiU shares, the financial outcome here hinges much more on the success of a single company. This means the risk is more concentrated, but the potential upside can be substantial if things go well.   In short:   DigiU shares – taking part in the growth of the entire ecosystem. DigiU Deposits – a standalone financial product. Investment pool – a standalone investment in a specific company or project.   These tools can complement each other, but they don't replace each other.   The next standalone opportunity – OmyPayments   Very soon, we'll be introducing OmyPayments as a standalone investment opportunity.   Before the pool opens, we'll publish a dedicated presentation covering the product, market, team, business model, participation terms, risks, and potential synergies with WebWisePay.   🔜 We recommend exploring the materials on OmyPayments:   🔹 First Part 🔹 Second Part DigiU shares remain the primary way to participate in the growth of the entire ecosystem. DigiU Deposits and standalone investment pools expand your toolkit, letting you choose different formats based on your goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.   #DigiU #DigiUDeposits

💼 WebWisePay: From Roadmap to Live Product   On June 27, we published the WebWisePay roadmap through the end of August.   We've completed a significant portion of the tasks for the current stage, and WebWisePay is now ready for everyday use.   WebWisePay lets you use crypto assets for everyday payments without having to cash out through exchanges and swap services every time.   What's Already Live   ✔️ WebWisePay crypto wallet; ✔️ Telegram App and Android app; ✔️ new virtual Visa cards; ✔️ Gasless Mode; ✔️ Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported; ✔️ in-wallet cross-chain swaps; ✔️ referral program.   Our cards are already being used across Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions.   🔜 June 27 Roadmap   🔜 Planned for rollout before the end of the current stage:   Transfers by card number – between WebWisePay users and between your own cards, including across different countries.   On-ramp / Off-ramp – the technical capability to buy and sell crypto assets with fiat currencies.   Physical DigiU and WebWisePay Visa cards. During this stage, we'll prepare the technical and organizational infrastructure for their issuance and open pre-orders.   Physical cards will allow you to withdraw cash from ATMs and make the product more accessible to users in countries where foreign virtual cards face restrictions in mobile payment services.   It's important to understand: technical readiness and a commercial launch are two different things.   In fintech, development is just one piece of the puzzle – you also need partner infrastructure, legal support, integrations, and ongoing operational expenses. That's why it makes sense to roll out certain features only after building a substantial user base.   🚀 Next Stage – From Product to Scale   Key focus areas:   🔹 reaching our first thousand active users and testing marketing channels; 🔹 load testing and security enhancements; 🔹 2FA and additional transaction confirmations; 🔹 integrating DigiU Deposits into the wallet; 🔹 loyalty and cashback programs; 🔹 the B2B segment and potential integration with OmyPayments; 🔹 global infrastructure and new markets.   The specific roadmap for the next stage will be finalized once the current one is complete.   The current stage is building the core infrastructure. The next one needs to prove WebWisePay's ability to scale and attract users.   📌 Why Now Is the Perfect Time to Get Involved   Today, we already have a fully functional wallet, cards, real-world payments, and international testing underway.   We've achieved far more tangible results than at the start of the funding round, yet the terms for the current stage are still in effect.   The third funding round is scheduled to wrap up by the end of August. Once we move on to the next stage, the price of DigiU shares will increase.   Plus, the next WebWisePay snapshot will take place on August 15.   Before the snapshot, you can buy a new package, upgrade your existing one, make an installment payment, or pay off your balance in full.   💰 Increase your DigiU shares and join the snapshot: https://lk.digiu.ai/shares-package   #DigiU #WebWisePay #Snapshot #Fintech

💎 Markets used to change over decades. Today, they change in years and months   Inventing the engine wasn't enough to make cars mainstream.   It took decades to build factories, roads, and gas stations, develop service infrastructure, and establish safety standards and traffic laws.   The internet spread much faster, but its path to mass adoption still took several decades. And even today, over a quarter of the global population remains offline.   But new technology markets now evolve by an entirely different set of rules.   In less than a decade, the blockchain industry has undergone several radical transformations.   In 2017, the spotlight was on ICOs, tokens, decentralization, and attempts to build an alternative to the traditional financial system. Crypto enthusiasts were the ones setting the tone for the market.   Since then, the industry has ridden several waves: DeFi, NFTs, GameFi, asset tokenization, tighter regulation, and the influx of major institutional capital.   Today, digital assets are available through regulated exchange tools and are even becoming part of national strategies and reserves in certain countries. Meanwhile, a dedicated legal framework is being built for payment stablecoins.   Artificial intelligence is evolving even faster.   The mass adoption of generative neural networks kicked off in late 2022. Now, new models and features are rolling out almost every month.   A single update from a major platform can completely transform professions, business models, or an entire category of startups.   ❗️New industries used to take decades to form. Today, an entire market can shift in just a few years, and a single technology can be revolutionized in a matter of months.   The world's largest corporations adapted to this reality long ago.   They build their core products in-house, but they don't try to develop absolutely everything internally. Instead, they invest in strong teams, acquire startups and technologies, and integrate them into their own ecosystems.   This is how capital, infrastructure, and access to the most promising technologies are becoming increasingly concentrated in the hands of major players.   🚀 DigiU adopted an ecosystem approach right from the start.   The idea isn't to build or fund a multitude of unrelated projects all at once.   An ecosystem needs a clear, immediate focus. Today, DigiU's focus is WebWisePay.   At the same time, an ecosystem must be able to spot strong external companies, invest in proven solutions, and integrate products so they amplify each other's value.   This level of opportunity is practically out of reach for any single individual.   But a global community that pools capital, a shared strategy, local market expertise, users, and business connections can operate on an entirely different scale.   DigiU CEO Alexey Ognev will dive deeper into this logic and explain how the ecosystem's products interconnect during an upcoming webinar for new members.   ‼️ Please note: due to technical reasons, the webinar release has been pushed back from August 7 to next week. We'll announce the exact date separately.   Technology will keep evolving whether we're involved or not. The question is whether we'll remain mere users of systems built by others, or become part of a community that helps create, develop, and co-own them.   Recommended viewing:   🔹 Post from August 3 – What Is DigiU Today?   🔹 Video Strategic Synergy: WebWisePay & OmyPayments   #DigiU #DigiUEcosystem #Fintech #AI #Blockchain
