Dear Partners, Thank you for your continued support over the years. We would like to inform you that our commission structure is being revised effective 6th April. The updated structure has been simplified and categorized into two components: Processing Commission – Applicable to processing partners Channel Commission – Applicable to distributor-type partners Any partner who is able to onboard or create sub-partners will fall under the Distributor category. The last level of partner, referred to as the Agent, will be eligible to receive only the Processing Commission. Further, it will now be mandatory to select one of the support service plans, which were optional earlier. We have introduced three service levels: Basic, Standard, and Premium, and will soon be launching Premium Plus. The entire amount collected under “Support Services,” along with an additional ₹150/- from the DSC price, will be credited to the processing partner. This will range between 26% to 60% of the invoice value, depending on the selected service level. The Channel Commission will be distributed among Distributor-type partners based on their business performance. The applicable percentage will be visible in your login dashboard. This commission will be calculated on the base DSC price (excluding GST) after deducting the amount paid to the processing partner. Example: If the DSC invoice price is ₹1123 (including GST) and the Processing Commission is ₹300, then the Channel Commission will be calculated as a percentage of ₹823. GST amounts will continue to be paid upon receipt of an invoice from the partner, as per the current practice. Please note that Distributor-type partners who also process DSCs (self-processing) will be eligible to receive both Processing and Channel Commissions. Please ensure that all your DSC applications are approved and downloaded before 5th April, so that commissions are calculated as per the current policy. Any applications downloaded on or after 6th April will be considered under the revised commission structure.

Important Announcement from VSIGN regarding GSTIN during DSC application From 1st March 2026, while submitting individual DSC application, we shall provide a provision in our system to capture the GSTIN against the DSC application form. The GST invoice shall be issued in accordance with the applicable GST law. The provision to provide GSTIN is already existing for Organisation application forms.
