Dear Valued Partner,
To claim the additional Token Commission of ₹50/- (including GST), applicable if the token is purchased from a VSign Channel, please log in to your VSign Partner Portal and follow the steps below:
Benefits Menu > Claim Token Commission
Enter the Application ID and Token Serial Number.
Please make sure to note down and keep a record of the Token Serial Number for your future reference to avoid any inconvenience.
Token Commission can be claimed within 30 days of DSC download.
The In-Progress and Claimed (Transferred to Commission Wallet) amounts can be viewed in the Token Commission Report.
Once your claim is approved by VSign, the amount will be transferred to your Commission Wallet. You will also receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.

At present, the updated Face RD application is working on iOS (App Store); however, the issue is still being experienced on Android (Google Play Store).
Until the issue is resolved, we request you to please use the Aadhaar OTP option for completing DSC applications.
We are following up on the matter and will keep you updated on any further developments.
