*HOW TO CLAIM TOKEN COMMISSION*
Dear Valued Partner,
To claim the additional Token Commission of ₹50/- (including GST), applicable if the token is purchased from a VSign Channel, please log in to your VSign Partner Portal and follow the steps below:
Benefits Menu > Claim Token Commission
Enter the Application ID and Token Serial Number.
Please make sure to note down and keep a record of the Token Serial Number for your future reference to avoid any inconvenience.
Token Commission can be claimed within 30 days of DSC download.
The In-Progress and Claimed (Transferred to Commission Wallet) amounts can be viewed in the Token Commission Report.
Once your claim is approved by VSign, the amount will be transferred to your Commission Wallet. You will also receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.

Please note:
* The additional commission can be claimed within 30 days from the date of DSC download.
* Tokens such as HYP, ProxKey, MToken, and Precision iKey, purchased directly from VSign or from VSign Authorised Partners and registered with VSign, are eligible for an additional commission of ₹50.
* Tokens purchased from the open market that are not registered with VSign are eligible for an additional commission of ₹20, inclusive of GST.
* Tokens purchased at discounted rates under the Bonus Token Scheme or for Tender Purposes are not eligible for Download Benefits.
Please check your eligibility before claiming the benefit.

We would like to inform you that the SSL certificate for the Face Authentication RD App has been updated by UIDAI.
To avoid the 905 error, we request all partners to update the Face Authentication RD App to the latest version 1.3.7 from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, as applicable.
Please ensure that the application is updated to the latest version before use.

Dear VSign Partners,
We would like to inform you that some issues are currently being experienced during the Face DSC process due to an ongoing technical issue following UIDAI's SSL certificate update.
At present, the updated Face RD application is working on iOS (App Store); however, the issue is still being experienced on Android (Google Play Store).
Until the issue is resolved, we request you to please use the Aadhaar OTP option for completing DSC applications.
We are following up on the matter and will keep you updated on any further developments.

-VSIGN Commisison update -
Get ₹40 extra commission from ( 1st July - 15 September ) by downloading DSC in M Token and Proxkey Token purchased online after 1st July from our partner portal. ( serial numbers of these tokens are mapped in dsc portal )
and ₹100/- for Face DSC till 15th July.
*Important Commission Update* - From tomorrow, 1st July, we are increasing our Retailer Base Processing Commission to 57% and Distributor Base Processing Commission to 61%. Silver, Gold, and Platinum benefits will continue over and above this.
