An Obama appointed Judge ordered Trump to reopen the US Border for Illegal Aliens today… However, The Supreme Court just ruled on June 27, 2025, ruling in “Trump v. CASA Inc.” limiting the scope of federal judges’ ability to issue nationwide injunctions, meaning they can only block a presidential order for the specific people or groups who filed the lawsuit, not for everyone in the country. NOW…. Because of the “Trump v. CASA” precedent, Moss’s ruling cannot automatically stop Trump’s border policy nationwide. In short, Moss’s ruling is limited to the case’s plaintiffs and doesn’t halt Trump’s border policy everywhere unless further legal steps, like a class action, are taken. Likely not going to happen..
